Just got a new gaming laptop and no sure why is this happening to my board when viewing the pdf on board, could somebody please help? thanks!

Hi, Each time I log into Miro using my browser, I am able to login but then the screen shifts into a perpetual loading image. My desktop app works great, and I used to be able to log in via browser… but now it does not work. I’ve updated my MacBook, and my browsers (Chrome & Safari), cleared caches, etc. Even though I can log into my account via the desktop app, I still need to be able to access outside links from a different team which I can only jump into via browser… these links are also not working.  Please let me know how we can fix this ASAP as I have so much work to do in this board. Thanks!

Where can I find a log of updates/revision history of Miro itself?

Hi!I created a board with a name. Now when I open it, the content of a different board is appearing.  It has replaced all the content Io created for the original board. How can I get the content from the original back. HELP!!!!!!!!

I used the voting function.At that time, the "join to voting." popup did not appear for users who had completed voting once. Hi, I am a user with free plan, and have just 1 board (as far as I remember).Today I got notification that I need to create a team and after I created it, I cannot find my old board any more. Has anyone encounter similar issues? Appreciate your help - the board was really important for me..

Hi there - apologies if not right place to post. I can’t seem to login to my account via the android app. I just receive a pop up saying “incorrect email format”.Needless to say, I double x quadruple checked the email - and it is exactly the same as the email I use login to the website and this community forum as well.I have tried clearing the cache on the android app and deleting in re-installing the app as well. Any help or tips appreciated!

Hello, I cannot login into the iOS app anymore. It always says invalid email format. My emailformat is blabla@de.company.com on the website its working. Did you change something in the validation of the email address in the app?

Hello!Prior to elicitation of business requirements, triaging the request / issue requires asking a series of questions to determine efficient requirement elicitation.what template(s) would you suggest for defining a single issue or request?For example:Request from users: Visibility of customer's order date. I am looking for a template that states the request, then a series of questions / answers to triage for scope / complexity and priority: Change to existing data? If yes,...where is it currently displayed? Format? Purpose? Where does the data come from? Is it reportable? Who all has access to this data (inside / outside dept)?....IF NO?? Is it New data? If yes -> where should it be visible? Format? Who should have visibility to it?....  If / then format - which made me initially think basic flow chart. However, that would become very lengthy and may not be as efficient. Is there a template that is quick, easy to understand to serve as a “general” Triage effort? Thank you in advan

My issue is that I've created a "team" and invited students in my classes to it. In this version, only the 3 most recent boards are editable. However, students are using this team to create Miro boards for their other classes, so even if I only created 2 boards which I need to maintain as editable, those two boards switch to view-only because students are creating their own boards in the same "team" pushing my boards to view-only. There doesn't seem to be a permission setting to only let the admin create boards in the team. Is there any way to keep my boards as editable in my own team? Or do I need to upgrade to do this?

Howdy - I try not to foment negativity, but I strongly feel that the new Thumbnail feature for boards is a step backwards. When I’m navigating multiple boards across a project, I am visually scanning the custom thumbnail snapshots I’ve created as an indicator of the board contents. While it’s tedious to perform this preview area action, I’ve baked it into my muscle memory when creating and maintaining boards. For the volume of boards created it’s an essential step in upkeep and historical navigation.The ideal scenario would be a team-wide setting to enable automated, scheduled board content screenshots to create thumbnails, bypassing the need for preview areas to be manually selected. Something more closely approaching real-time visibility into board contents.The reason I say this new Thumbnail interface is a step backwards is that more actions have been introduced between the user and the act of capturing preview areas, in service of thumbnails that provide little utility in distingui

Hello, despite using the updated version of Smart Meetings beta, it is not possible for me to let visitors add their names. The option field does not appear. We are using the educational plan where it is stated to be included. Can someone please help me out or explain why this is happening?

Is it possible to add automatically the name of the author to a sticky note? That way, working and brainstorming with group of people I (we all) can directly see who posted which notes.

I wrote "Test"on the red post-it, but it shows "Uftu"Hi there! I just got a new Macbook and when i opened miro, got scared with what i saw. The words are shuffled, looking like they're encrypted. It's funny because not all labels are affected. Buttons, links, descriptions doesn't work properly. At the board, texts on post-its are shuffled too. It's happening on Miro via browser and Miro app also.Does anyone has ever saw something like this? Please help me! Ps. it's not a virus, I scanned the mac (that is brand new), and it's only happening on Miro.

Hi, Is it possible to resize sticky notes, not in ratio? ie I’d like to make them wider but not taller - currently it only lets me make the slightly wider, but then stops.I imagine the response will be to utilise shapes, but I need to use the tagging feature as well, which rules out shapes I think?THanks,Heidi

I’m using the free version on the Windows app. I’m a newbie.When I click export the board, then Save to Google Drive I get “Please authorize your account.” How do I fix this?

It seems to be a no-brainer - just paste the URL to the board and you will have the LinkedIn profile thumbnail show up.This just doesn’t work for me. Anybody else experiencing problems?Please help me do the trick,Thanks
