Education plan with wrong email

Hi there,

I’m having an issue where I’ve accidentally been granted an education plan on the wrong account, which now leaves me unable to use my actual student account as I need to. I requested the Education plan not thinking about my university using multiple domains for student emails - one is @student.xxx.dk and the other is @xxx.dk, xxx being the uni. How do I get an education plan transferred from an account that doesn’t exist to the account that I actually use? Or do I just reapply for an education plan with the right email domain knowing that the same name and student ID will be attached to two accounts?

I don’t know how to sort this out, and it looks like I have no way of contacting support since I’m not a premium member 😅

Any help would be much appreciated!

 

Update: I think, I’ve solved it :))
