I lost my draw io miro board content. I can’t even restore it. Is there any way of getting it back?Please help! 

Started the training, but the training board it sends me to requires a password, which I can’t find anywhere to enter. Any help?

I am trying to copy a table from Miro directly into a confluence page but I just get a link to the board each time. Is it possible to do this? I’m using Miro through Google Chrome on a laptop.

I have a Macbook (2015). I use Miro in Google chrome as I can’t update my macbook any more. I keep getting signed out as soon as i sign in.

Hi, I have the link to the miro board created by my team member.  But the team member has left the org and now I’m unable to connect to the board. I’d like to have a PDF of the boards he created.   Is there a way to get the board as read only or as a PDF?

For some reason when I lock a web preview the ability to click the link to the site is no longer available… why is that? I’d like to provide a bunch of links to help people get context for a workshop but lock them so that people won’t mistakenly move them around. 

Hi there, I always embed miro boards in Zoom to facilitate workshops. But recently, all the images (screenshots) on the boards do not display - showing as a grey area only. Do you have any idea how to solve it?*It works well in both Miro App and web browsers 

So my mini-map, in the right bottom corner, is not showing my whole board & there´s a big void of white. 

Hi, I am trying to find information about rights to use illustrations/material created using Miro. We are wondering if we can publish the material online, on poster and so on?  (I work in the public sector). Here are some not so unrealistic scenarios. 1: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch”, we don’t use templates 2: we create a user journey in Miro “from scratch” and we use icons available in Miro 3: we create user journey using a template, we use icons available in Miro etc etc  I have looked around the Miro website, various forums and threads, so far I have not found much about rights, creative common or anything like this. I would much appreciate it if someone could point me int he right direction or are able to provide answers    Thanks in advance!

Hi, I want to display my website via iframe on my board but I need it to always be visible. But when I click on anything else on my table the iframe closes. Is there a way to keep it open even if I click elsewhere?Thanks for your help

If I registered a new Miro account for just me without an invitation to the my default first team, will no one see my personal data with default settings? Is it possible to store passwords without fear of them being stolen?

I have a pdf of a board I created and uploaded into Miro. I would like to ask folks to vote on their top two design choices while in a session. I set up the voting but it keeps telling me that there are “no objects set for voting” after I hit “start” even though I resize the voting area over the image. Is this because you can not vote over an image?Thanks!

Hello everyone,I recently updated both my Mac and the Miro app to the latest versions available (Sonoma 14.0 for the Mac and 0.7.47 for the Miro app). Since then, I haven't been able to use most of the links between boards that I've always used. In the web version, they still open in a new tab as they always have. The weird thing is that some links are still functional. I've tried to investigate any possible causes (linking to a board, to an image in another board, to a text in another board, etc.) and updating the links by copying the target link. However, nothing I've tried seems to be connected to the issue. Has anyone experienced a similar issue?

Hello, is it possible to gather currently existing Teams in our Company without any pricing plan to a team, that now becomes a Business Plan?So that we can manage all the Teams within one organization? Or do that teams need to be created as new Teams?Or whats best practice here?There are a lot of teams and contents that have been grown on their own during the last couple of years. Thanks,Max

My iPhone will alert me to duplicate contacts. Similarly, is there a function in miro to ID duplicate stickies so I can select and delete?

I have another account of a colleague that has expired the 7 day free trial that I would like to act as a free license going forward. I already have another account in my team that has this license type so it should be possible. The system seems to be forcing me to have a paid license for this user now? This is not desirable. I was under the impression you could have unlimited free users?My own personal account is the admin and falls under the Full license.How do I make my colleagues account have the free license plan going forward?
