All I see on this forum are people asking for basic features for YEARS with hundreds of upvotes and no real replies from Miro except copy/paste pleasantries and stalling. What’s the purpose of this forum if features aren’t actually adopted even when you have hundreds of users telling you they are critical?

We understand how important it is to feel heard—especially when requests gain traction from the community. While not every request can be implemented, I can assure you that all feedback shared here is regularly reviewed by the product team. Some features do make it onto the roadmap, though it’s true that others take longer due to technical complexity, prioritization across a wide range of users, or dependencies with ongoing platform changes.
That said, we absolutely recognize the need for better visibility into what’s being reviewed, prioritized, or declined. I’ve passed your feedback along. Thank you for being an active voice in the forum—we really do appreciate your time and feedback.

I have posted 58 Wish List Idea/feature request posts going back to Aug 30, 2020, with 8 of those being DELIVERED.
If you scroll down the main page, there is a section highlighting (the most recent?) 25 of 167 Wish List Idea posts that have been delivered:
With 4,000+ feature requests, only ~4% have been delivered. While I cannot speak to internal discussions or reasons why more have not been delivered, I suspect it has to do with the size of some of the items, and then priorities, capacity, aligning the requests with other in-flight work, etc.
Which ones would you like to see delivered?

Aside from ideas being delivered, I have also seen Miro make new changes or undo previous changes based on feedback from community users, e.g.:
- A change that saw object’s context menu open everything an object was moved was reverted back (you can read the spicy thread here 🔥
- Premium diagram shape packs were only released to a few plans, but later to more plans based upon Community feedback (read about this here).
- Most recently, the colour and shadowing of sticky notes were updated around March 19, 2025 and a few weeks later it appears that some tweaks have been made as the shadowing looks to have been slightly increased:

A timeline feature without the ability to change the dates of a timeline more than once at a time defeats the entire purpose of having a timeline for planning purposes. It’s why every other PMS software from free offerings like Toggl all the way to expensive options like Atlassian have that feature built in.
It’s like having a “copy” feature, but no “paste.”
I’ve been using Miro for years, but this weekend I spent hours testing out Jira, Monday, Base Camp, Clickup, and Wrike, and we are now in the process of moving our 12 person team to one of those instead of Miro. Tbh, we may actually end up saving a little money in the process.
