Unable to restore a board version (I'm an editor)


Hi! For some reason I cannot restore any of the previous versions of the board where I have editors’s access (Enterprise plan). Atempts are keep failing with a “restoring” → “something went wrong” status. Is there something I can do to fix this? I’ve got customer’s edits revoced, so I’m about to lose a huge amount of work by recovering prev version

To better understand what’s going on and help get this resolved, could you please confirm the following:

  • Are you trying to restore a version from within the board history (Activity/Version History panel)?

  • Have you tried restoring from another browser or incognito mode to rule out a caching issue?

  • Is this happening with only one board, or are you seeing similar errors with others?

  • If possible, could you share a screenshot of the error message or what you see right before/after clicking "Restore"?

  • yes
  • yes, I tried another browser, but with the same result. I’ve also asked a board admin to try restoring the board, and he faced the same error. No idea what’s wrong
