We have created a Miro board but looks like nobody remember to login, and when I refresh the page, the board was been locked and nobody knows who the owner is.Can we still get our board back? it including our one day work on it. (cry

When applying for the renewal of the account, I now chose “Educator” plan because I suppose that 10 members can be not enough for the amount of plans I have for this wonderful app. However, I just got my “Education” plan renewed. So the question is - is it possible to switch it and if yes - how?Thank you for your help in advanced!

Does anyone know how to export the User Story cards in a Miro User Story Map to CSV whilst preserving the link between Stories, Features and Epics.   Also, the export doesn’t maintain the order of the cards on the board.   The help Q&A seems to acknowledge this limitation.  Does anyone know if this is on an Enhancement list?

Hi All,  The business that I’m supporting uses a range of diagramming software - both Miro and Visio to name the primary tools used. We need to be flexible with this situation and to enable Miro diagrams to be exported to Visio. Does anyone have a set of work instructions to do this  - if it's possible in Miro pls? 

Hello - I created a board at <1% zoom setting. I need to recreate it at a 50% zoom level. I tried changing the size of the objects in my board to then copy over to a new Miro board at the correct level, but it readjusts the zoom setting back to <1%. Is there a way for me to do this without having to create a new Miro board from scratch?Thanks!

Good afternoon, I am completely stuck on this. I have a large board I am trying to open (ironically, my project today was going to be breaking it out into separate boards to improve performance.) The board will not load, it is stuck in perpetual loading status. I have tried many options to address this issue:Refreshed cache/browsing history Refreshed using ctrl + shift + r  Attempted to open board in other browsers Attempted to open board in Incognito Attempted opening via a different network Attempted opening via a different device Restarted browser, device, and router Exported board and attempted to boot from re-upload. Does anyone have any advice or is anyone else encountering this issue today? I am on the starter plan and cannot submit a ticket. Unfortunately, this board contains time sensitive information.  Thank you!Corn

I have created a paid digital product and have used Miro to develop it. My question is regarding distribution of the board URL. Is it free of charge for me to distribute this product / URL globally? I assume users can use the free or paid version of Miro.  How do I create an access link that is read-only but they can save their own copy of the product/board and move around items on the board or delete items. Thank you for your support!

Hey,Just started using Miro and I can’t write anything inside a template table on the phone app (android, using the workflow template).All I can do is change the size of it and what the bottom 3 icons show (delete, duplicate and more).Anyone knows what’s the issue?Thx

I've had 2 issues:When I lose connection it occasionally doesn't show me that I did, I can just keep typing and find out later that my material didn’t get saved. I've been losing material in ways that do not make chronological sense.Example of 2nd issue: wrote note then gave it a tag some time later (perhaps one hour later) while the note was still complete→ day later find that half of the text is missing but the tag is still on it, also never saw connection loss in any of these momentsConnection issues being the source of the problem is my assumption but obviously there might be something else causing the material to disappear. This has only happened to sticky notes so far but that's what I use 90% of the time so that doesn't really say much. Nobody else is in my board.A side-issue to this is that history removes the log of objects every time you edit them later. So you can only see the latest version of each object whic

For now, I have added additional text boxes which permanently appear in the frame.Is there any way to add a description to a text box which appears only when you either hover over it or click on it?

Since last week we are having issues with the planner widget set up with Azure Devops. It imports the tickets and iterations from Azure but you cannot move the cards around between the columns. I get the error: ‘Sorry something’s wrong. Please try again later’. So I have been trying for two weeks and nothing changes. I can import cards and export stickies to tickets manually though so the integration seems fine.I tried on different instances of planners and different boards.Any idea what is happening?
