Thanks for following up! Since you're already in contact with Miro Support, you can send your video directly in the support ticket thread where our support has been assisting you. You can reply to the latest email from Miro Support and attach the video, or if the file is too large, you can upload it to a cloud service (like Google Drive or OneDrive) and share the link in your response.
