Hy everyone,

I am using the “intelligent” roadmap planning template and was wondering if it is possible to rename and/or delete Group names.

I created some more groups with better fitting names for my project. The problem now is I still have the default groups “Group 1” to “Group 3” appear in the timeline-view although they don’t have any tasks allocated. Is there a possibility to rename or remove those groups?

Also is there a possibility to change the color of the whole group (and all allocated tasks)?

After a long frustrating search I found it:

 

in the timeline view go to - Group - edit field, here you can edit and delete the groups. Bit unintuitive in my opinion.

I also figure this out but cannot figure out to mirror this change in the Backlog view. It still says Group 1 and it does not give the edit field option like in the Timeline view. Any advice?

You can mirror in Backlog view from here

 

Then click on any Group field, select your newly created Group and it will automatically create a section for that Group
