Two boards in my miro account have disappeared suddenly. All work for my current project is there. It is very important and urgent. Without it I won’t be able to work further. Please help!

Hello, I was wondering if there are any ways that I can export my Miro file to Adobe Illustrator. I’m currenting using “Mind Map” in Miro and thought it would be super helpful if I can modify vector lines in Adobe Illustrator.  Thank you for your help.  

Hello Miro Community!I have a quick question about when comments are resolved. When I mark a comment as resolved, does it disappear for everyone use the board or just for me?  

As per the documentation Image widgets metadata is not specified to be Read-only, but the miro.board.widgets.update method doesn’t update the metadata. At the same time it does allow the Title/URL properties to be updated.Documentation: https://developers.miro.com/docs/interface-iimagewidgetIs this a limitation of Image widget or is it a bug?

I do not see a way to rotate shapes. Does anyone know how to do that? Seems like a smile thing to do but I an unable to find a way to do that. If this is not something that Miro supports right now, then this is pretty tablestakes thing to add to the platform capabilities and thus I would like to request Miro to do that.

For some boards I get the option to see “Board Details” and thereby see who the owner of a board is. but with 1 board I do not have this option - how do i find out who the owner of this board is?Most boards look like this when clicking the three dots: I can see the Board Details. With this board I don’t get the option to see board details. Why? & How do I find out who the board’s owner is? 

Hey, So the issue is that I have a full access to a mind map with my team, but I can’t access or see that map in my dashboard. The only way I enter that board is through an external link. Can someone help identify whether I can access it from my profile?  

I used to have a Free plan and created boards that are shared and in use by 30+ people, each. Everything works fine, good experience for all, love it.I upgraded to a paid Team plan, for me and my direct team members, with the idea that each paid team member could now create more boards (well, at least more than 3) and could invite unlimited free users to collaborate.Reality is that as soon as a new member is added (Free User that gets the link), I get a mail from Miro that my Team Size has increased and I need to pay more. In the meantime, I managed to restrict access, but 17 users sneaked in and thus my bill is exploding.This means that you get more advantages using a Free plan (yes, only 3 boards) and unlimited number of users than using a paid plan.Any way to fix this? So, paying for a Team Plan, but with unlimited Free users that can edit the board during a session without exploding my bill.

Gentlemen,I have a doubt. I saw how it matters from excel to sticky. Very good.And now, I have more or less 400 sticky, how do I IMPORT from the target, to excel, document, so that I can organize the data generated by Stickys?

Hi everyone,Having read all the help pages on sharing, I still need some help to make sure that I understand how it works.I am hosting a training session for 32 people and 2 co-presenters, and have signed up for the team plan (2 members)Is my understanding correct that I canpublicly share my main board send that link to 32 participants and 2 co-presenters that all 34 of them will be able to edit the board, e.g. move stickies around, without signing in since they’ve not signed in, they will be anonymous i.e. their initials/name will not appear (since they didn’t sign in)If my understanding is correct, is the only benefit to signing up for a bigger team plan, that team members will have to sign in to Miro, and that their contributions are marked with their names?  If not, why would someone ever need a team plan bigger than 2?If I publicly share a board that has a link to a second board, will Miro automatically allow access to the second board when the link is clicked on the first board, 

Hi everyone, i am struggeling a bit with the paid seats/licence topic. Currently we are having a free Team with 7 members. I want to upgrade to a paid plan (mostly to invite guest editors via link)Out of this 7 members only 3 need a paid plan (regular workshop hosts) → the others joined once/twice, but are not creating new boards etc. Is this possible? To buy just 3 seats and assign the 3 hosts for this 3 seats? Or do i need for everyone in the Team a paid seat?

Hello guys,Anyway to disable the spell-check on Desktop app? The spell-check only works with English, not my native language, so texts are really messy, a lot of red wiggles  . I tried to disable Windows 10 spell-check but no success. The webapp version seems to use the browser’s spell-check which is much better.Desktop version of Miro 0.4.5, Windows 10 1909.Cheers 

Hello everyone, I need to embed a video from Youtube into my board. The problem is that when I am uploading it the preview involves black spaces at the top and the bottom of the video: I tried to play with dimensions of the YT video miniature but this is how far I’ve gotten: Please let me know what dimensions of miniature picture of the YT video should I use so that the preview doesn’t involve black lines around it. Kate

How can I quickly enter text with keyboard or draw with apple pencil onto a STICKY or SHAPE, and get that text (writing) to adhere to that sticky/shape? Currently the text or writing seems to be its own thing. I want to be able to easily move the sticky/shape WITH the text/writing to a new location.  IOS 14.2, iPadPro, Mac APP. 

Hi!I’m trying to embed Miro’s board into our platform but we need to abstract about Miro’s session for each user.It’s posible to manage access tokens for team’s users from API and then embed the board by param, so the user has not to login into Miro manually before render the protected board within iframe. Thanks in advance.

Looks like I should be able to layer frames, however there is no way for me to change the order of the layers as I would with other objects by using the “move to front” or “move to back” commands. Apparently, this depends on the order of creation.Am I missing something? Advice on how to work around this? Can you add this feature?

Many thanks for that feature.Question: Is there any way to set up an "automatic delete"? Like a specific time or after a period of time everything is deleted and you have a “new” blank canvas? Many thanks in advance  

When i paste an image or object or text from powerpoint into miro it is so small i cannot find where it was pasted.  Only be accident when searching around i can find it.  how can ensure the size of my pasted object is large enough to see and how can i pick a spot for it to be pasted?

Hello, I’d like to do a circular/curved arrow? Is there a way to do this? (Arrow head circles back to the start of the arrow, showing a circular process) 

I am creating a State Chart, and some of the activities does not change the state, so it will just loop to itself. How do I do this in Miro? It seems I can only attach either end of the connection line to a shape, but not both. 

I am new to Miro and I accidentally deleted a board.  I am on the free version.  Is there anyway for me to recover this board?

I’m one of four Company Admins of our Miro instance. I’m trying to install an app but get a message saying that it hasn’t been approved by our Company Admin.Error message​​​​​ I’m not getting any notification to approve the install. Suggestions welcome

Forgive me if something is not entirely clear, I am a Russian-speaking user.I want to know how can I implement a method to move an object up or down in layers?It's quite easy to do it on the board - just select an object, press the ellipsis - brintg to front or Sent to back.How can this be done through the API?Unfortunately I am not at all familiar with API Miro, but I have experience in this area, so I think I can get an authentication token and connect to my board. What's next?Can you provide links to the required documentation? (I work in Python)Thanks.
