Miro has been valuable to get some ideas down, but I’m starting to come up to some limitations that cannot be easily overcome or worked around; especially when working with outside organizations that are locked into their own stack, such as o365.In particular, I need to be able to export my board in a more vendor-neutral/open-standard format, such as an SVG, so that I can pull in it to other stacks, such as OneNote. (CSV is kinda useless)How can I achieve this? (simple C&P doesn’t work)I’ve tried exporting as a PDF and printing from the browser, but all I get is a embedded bitmap/raster.Does the export at HQ PDF export it as vector?

Hi all,I grouped two objects together. When it is out side a frame it is in a correct order (purpal on top of the white)But! When it goes to a frame it become upside down automatically!Please help me to solve this problem. How I can prevent it from getting upside down?Thanks,

This is what is captured when I copied a Miro url and pasted it into a board. Some url’s do not include the image. How can I control what this information is?  

We have a lot of documentation in OneNote. The lasso tool will grab object not within the lasso outline. Sometimes, it will even grab objects that are far away from the outline. For example, it grabbed an object that was two items from the lasso area (but not the item right next to the area).  For example, imagine going from left to right:  Item A, Item B, Item C, Item D. All items are separated and not overlapping.  I lasso Item C and Item D, but the lasso also includes Item A.  Item B is left alone as it should be. This doesn’t cause me major problems as I usually just cntl+click items I want to group. More of a curiosity. 

Being able to import existing Jira cards into Miro, as well as creating/editing Jira cards from within Miro is a really awesome feature. One thing that’s missing for me is the ability to visualise and/or manage relationships between Jira cards from within Miro (and ideally visualise them as “connecting arrows” between cards in a miro board). Is anything like this possible?  

Hi All,I have just joined with Education Plan. I’m confused by the number of seats? If, for example, I allocate a seat to a student (leaving me with 99 seats available and 1 seat used) and then remove that student from the seat, will it then return to 100 seats available and 0 used?Thanks in advance.  

Hello everyone, today’s certainly my day for questions.I have a main menu on my board, that navigates to different parts of the board.  When I view this menu, I set my zoom to 100%.When I then click a link to go to another part of the board, it automatically zooms to 250%.  When I then click on a link to take me back to the main menu, it zooms to 349%.Why does this happen, and how can I stop if from happening?Many thanksBennieCape Town

I own a board and am teaching. up until just now, I can post or upload a document, slides, etc. and people can download. Now...I still see the download icon but my participants can not, so they can’t download anything. HELP!!!!!!

Suddenly copy pasting elements on my miro boards is not working anymore.If I try to copy, paste for instance an sticky note it always seems to paste a text element. This happens for all various elements I try to copy.How can this problem be solved. Is there a setting which was by accident triggered which could have caused this?Thanks!

Hi there!  I’m creating a board for my clients (I’m about to upgrade to the “consultant” subscription). Board will have some pre-uploaded content (images or videos) for them to move around, and use for their activity.  I wish though to make these files NOT DOWNLOADABLE to anyone who is invited to the board.  Is this possible? This would be essential for me.  thank you in advance for your help :)   may the force be with you 

I am new to Miro and would appreciate any advice on how to freeze sections of my board? For instance where I have created a box and team members have posted several post-it-notes into nit, but now I want to move the whole thing to another part of the board how do I do this as just 1 frame rather than having to move each individual component part? can a frame be removed (deleted) WITHOUT removing all the objects it is holding (framing) ? => e.g. for re-grouping or printing and afterwards discarding the “print frame” thanks & sunshine!Jan  

Hello.When following the documentation at:https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360019501754We did all the steps few times and still could not connect jira!So, the problem is at step 2 "webhook". When we check "Create a webhook automatically (JIRA administrator permission is required)" and click connect:We receive an error "insufficient permission" and in console there is an error of 403(our jira is publicly accessible so there can not be firewall problems or ...).When we try to do it manually: there is NO WEBHOOK URL to copy (please see attached screenshot).Does anyone knows how to fix this since we need to start a project TODAY!Thank you in advanceCheers

Hi. Does Miro whiteboard support pressure pen? I have XP-Pen and pressure pen is working just in regular mode, no pressure (dynamic). Another problem with chat. One of my mac displays chat on the whiteboard instead on the chat area which stays blank.    How to fix it? Thanks  

Hi there, Is it possible to turn autocorrect off in the Miro app? It’s hard to get back to edit a text while autocorrect crosses out with red wavy lines the whole text. I’m typing in english in Miro, might be that everything gets crossed out with red because my laptop has and it is set to hungarian keyboard? Thanks,Schumi

Another team member and I noticed that the 15 free day passes per cycle option has disappeared from our Billing page in Miro. Has anyone else’s day pass count disappeared?? We’ve never used a Day Pass and yet they are all gone. Is this a change Miro made where they no longer offer free day passes for Consulting plans? Please advise! Thank you

I am the board owner. I have a free account. I need to transfer ownership of this board to someone else, so they can keep the board and I will eventually leave it entirely. I read the instructions to change owner, but I don’t see the ‘is owner’ option in the menu. I did invite the other members individually to the board. Am I missing something? 

hi, i am an admin for a university operating an education plan account. i invited a number of students, and now when i need to invite additional students, i find no way of doing it.if i click on the dashboard link where it says “invite new users”, it takes me to the active users page, and there is no link anywhere there to be able to add new users.yes, i am the Team Admin who set up this team, and have 42 students on board already whom i invited. please help.
