When I redeemed Miro’s Microsoft for Startup, it showed the free Miro plan but it shoudl show buiness plan. Any solution for such problem ?

Hello community, I'm currently working with the Miro API endpoint:https://api.miro.com/v2/orgs/{org_id}/members In this endpoint, I noticed that there is a `license` query parameter.After conducting some tests within my enterprise organization, I found that I could only create users with the full and free license attributes.I would like to understand how I can set some users to have the following license attributes:- occasional, free_restricted, full trial and unknown. Could someone please explain the different license options available in Miro and how to implement them through the API?Thanks in advance,BR Vas 

We’re currently working in large tables on a shared board at the moment. And we are regularly finding that we paste content into a cell - and then we click out and it disappears. When we look into history - the action either isn’t there - or when we click the ‘undo’ feature - even though we do this within seconds/minutes, it says “We can’t restore these objects due to technical limitations - learn more”. But when I click on learn more, there’s no apparent reason that this should be occuring. At first we thought this might be some sort of sync issue - but it happens even when there’s only one of us in the board. In addition, sometimes when we use Ctrl X to cut something from a table cell and paste it into another cell - it’s not available to paste. And again, when we go to history, we are unable to undo and get the same message as above. One final thing that has happened - but only once - is that one of our tables has a piece of floating text in it that we are unable to access.  It cann

I am currently enrolled in the Interaction Design Foundation as a student. I wanted to apply for Miro’s educational plan but I do not own an educational email that I can use. Am I still eligible for the educational plan in this case? If anyone can provide further support on this.

When I am going into the miro dashboard it won’t load. And when I press a miro invite link to a miro board, the board doesn’t work, I can only look around.

Yesterday, I was supposed to be charged for my Starter Plan. However, I noticed an additional charge for team members who were accidentally added. I double-checked my card and realized that the payment was due yesterday, and I only deleted these team members today.I'm concerned about this unexpected charge. Has anyone ever had such issues? I would appreciate if could share your experience and provide a solution. 

Hi,Your TOS say that you can only use Miro at a company for internal purposes, and that you cannot use Miro “on behalf of, or to provide any product or service to, third parties” - but I see threads here on using Miro for consultancy, clients, giving board access to clients, etc. Can you clarify? I’m very confused. Example: Is there a 'client' account type I can use on the business plan? | MiroIf this is allowed for paid users I’m happy to upgrade if needed. I’d love to be able to use the free account  for my project though (am a student).Specifically: What about for an academic policy project with a client (like a policy paper), non-commercial, with the final policy report being published on the university website?Thanks!

Sometimes my miro presents this bug after a collaborator inserts/changes kanban data, he needs to close the miro and open it again for everyone to be able to edit again. Do you know how I solve it?

Hi, I want to know before we enable Miro AI in our subscription what is the term of the education plan. If I look at the IA Features Addendum, specifically the 3. Use and Ownership of Input and Output..Do we consider the education plan an enterprise plan?The question is, all our input/output with IA will be use to train your model and becomes “public” or will be strickly use by us. Thanks

While working on a board, it will intermittently stop loading and give the error ‘e.map is not a function ‘ .  When I refresh, chrome opens the save as window.  If I close chrome it works again for a while but this happens sooooo often it’s incredible frustrating.  

Yesterday I could move multiple selected objects with SHIFT + Arrow keys. Today I can’t. The objects are not locked. I can still move one object at a time with SHIFT + Arrow keys. What happened?I’m using Chrome Version 110.0.5481.177 on Mac OS Ventura 13.2.1

Hey, so i just noticed that miro bills me around $20 a month, for the past 4-5 months now. I initially got the starter plan and unsubscribed, and got back to free mode 4-5 months ago. But when i saw my credit card bills, around IDR 307,000 (indonesian) was billed to miro every month! EVERY MONTHHHH!  

I think the CTA to star a board is reversed. Possible Bug? If you hover over the star of an already starred board, it says "Star this board".The inverse is true for unstarred boards. Since "star" is the verb, the call to action would be incorrect, I believe.  

Maybe a bug after some recent updates, but I can’t see the list of boards I own in the Spaces I own from the dashboard.I can still access the board via recents or if I remember the name and go directly via a URL. I can also see all the boards in a Space when I’m in a board and look at the side tab. But a general issue if not solved, as I dont remember the names of all the boards I own. Any solution to this?

Hi!I need to upgrade my plan from freeto business. Previously I had 3 members in Business plan, now I would need for the moment only one. I have removed as advised the 2 existing old members, but cannot still upgrade in the billing form from 3 to 1 plan. It says I have to delete 2 members… Is this just an update and time topic?? THANK YOU for your support!

When attempting to copy paste into hyperlink and or object to link, copy paste doesn’t seem to work. Copy paste works normally for a text box, but on weird occasions it would not copy paste into hyperlink and/or link to object url. It’s odd because copy paste works for text, but sometimes it works for hyperlinking.I think the bug gets triggered when i’m trying to link to a block within the beta feature text document, but not entirely sure. Sometimes it goes away too but not sure what causes it.

Hi,Per most editing software, holding shift and moving an object(s) wit the cursor keep the object(s) aligned to the axis.However, in Miro, this seems to work only some of the time. It’s really frustrating! Is this by design, and if so, what causes it not work?Thanks!

Why Miro’s CPU usage is so High even when there are no open boards? Just ideal Miro uses about 40% CPU (Miro Helper Renderer). I thought that using the native app will be quick and effortless especially on a M1 Pro chip. Thanks,
