Problem: Presenter notes on my desktop mac are not showing up, although it works on the browser.
Expected: Presented notes to show up as a seperate window.
Things I have tried:
- Reinstalled the mac app
- Reset application data

If the issue persists even after updating, could you share a short video or screenshot showing what happens when you try to open presenter notes? This will help us identify whether it’s an app-specific issue or something that needs to be escalated.

My video might have nothing consequential in it though. Nothing happens when I click on Presenter notes in the App. Whereas in the browser, it opens up a new window.
I tried it on a different mac, with a different Miro account, and for different board. The issue exists still. Both the macs were M chips.
In the meantime, I will work with your browser version.
