Restoration of miro version older than 90 days

Hi everyone,

I’ve lost a version of a Miro board that’s over 90 days old, and it’s urgent for me to recover it.
I’ve noticed that the version history only keeps changes for up to 90 days, so that version no longer appears available.

Does anyone know if there’s any alternative way to recover older versions, for example through Miro Support or some kind of internal backup?
If so, how can I contact Miro Support?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance for your help!

Hi @Tecnalia-ADCLIM Thanks for reaching out. Version history in Miro is only available for up to 90 days, and older versions can’t be recovered once that window has passed. Unfortunately, there isn’t an internal backup option to restore versions beyond that period.

If you suspect something unusual happened (for example, data loss not related to version expiration), you can still reach out to Miro Support with the board link for them to review.
