I have shared a Space with another user but when she clicks on he link it just brings her to her own account

    Could you please share a quick screenshot or short video showing what happens when the other user clicks the link? This will help us understand what’s going on.

    In the meantime, please double-check that:

    • The Space link you shared is set to allow access for that user (and not private or limited).

    • The user is logged into the same email address the Space was shared with.

    Once we have a bit more detail, we’ll be able to guide you further!
