Unable to Submit Payment

Ive been trying to upgrade my account for over 24 hours now and have received this error no matter what i try to troubleshoot, ive restarted laptop, done incognito, cleared cache, tried in the app etc. and 0 luck. super frustrating and a turn off from the miro tool as a whole. anyone else having this issue????
