Hello, I have been attempting to contact Miro support for the last 2 weeks. I have submitted 2 requests that immediately say “solved” on my requests page, but they are not solved and I have not heard from anyone on the Miro team. How can I contact someone from Miro directly to get my requests solved?
Please help!!! I really need to use Miro and Figma together for my work and the plugin is not loading. When I open the plugin it is stuck on the loading spinner. I have attached an image of the plugin with the console. As you can see, something is going wrong. I have tried restarting Figma. Restarting my computer. Switching Figma accounts. Using the app and the browser. Please help! I need to do time critical work and I can’t do it.
Entity relationship diagram (ERD) slows down board performance after +50 ERD objectsMy board have +500 objects and 200 of them are ERD objects. My other boards are +2000 objects and there is no performance issue, we work satisfactorily fast with them. However, when we add ERD, even in a small number objects, boards slows down dramatically.What's more confusing is that the slowness remains in my board when I delete ERD objects. When I copy all objects except ERDs to a new board, there is no slowness in new board.I try it in Windows desktop app and Chrome browser. result is the same. The app is updated. (OP is also updated Windows 10)I'm open to any ideas if anyone can help with this.
Hi everyone, Hope you’re all well. I really hope someone will be able to help me. I’ve logged on to my account and all of my images are gone. All of my layouts and images are not there. Does anyone have any ideas of what I can do to get them back? Has been over 7 months of work with mentors so really hoping it hasn’t just disappeared! Thanks a mil!
Hello! I have heard that Miro generously shows support for Ukraine by providing them with an opportunity to get their plan upgraded for free. I am a Ukrainian and I teach English to Ukrainian students and children . I would like to know whether it still possible to get my plan updated? Where I could get the information about that?Thank you in advance for your answer as well as for your support!!
If i use the API to query a widget on a Kanban board, I get an X and Y co-ordinate, but I don’t seem to see any reference to the structure of the board itself eg Swimlane/Bucket name or indeed the fact that the widget is contained within a particular swimlane/column. Am I missing something. Is there some API call that allows me to further discover the structure and relationship between widgets?
I’ve found that over the last few weeks my Miro board i’ve been working has become increasingly slow - to the point the browser becomes unresponsive and not usable. I’ve deleted stuff from the board to reduce performance issues but ideally I need to keep all this information on the board. Any workarounds on this?
HiAm I the only one with the following problem? If I use the usual “pen tool”, it often switches to “smart drawing” while I’m writing.This happens for about 4 weeks on my iPad. I was working with wireframe components on my board, and suddenly something happened, and I can no longer change the text on many objects (browser tabs, popups, etc.).When editing I can no longer erase or change the text. I tried rebooting my computer, tried making changes through the Web browser and using the Desktop application, but nothing helps.
Hi.I’m working with my students on free boards at the moment. I’ve got 3 free boards and only 6 students work on these boards. But I need some more boards and I don’t want them to be my team. I’d like to share the links with students just for viewing and editing. So, could I upgrade Miro just for 1 member (just for me) and continue using created boards with my students via links? In that case do I need to send new links to them? What kind of changes will I see after upgrade?Thank you in advance.
Did the recent (probably 2-3 months back) shortcut changes remove the shortcuts for Copy/Paste formatting? In the right-click context menu, the copy / paste formatting shortcuts show...but they don’t appear to work.Are these shortcuts no longer valid (and just haven’t been removed from the right click / context menu) or is there something weird going on with my browser (Chrome - I don’t see any conflicting shortcuts)? If these were removed, they should be brought back ASAP -- this was one of my key user adoption tools to get people into Miro, as its a pain (multiple clicks) in PowerPoint.
Hi all,I’ve seen some of the articles around board sizes and max users, but wanted to clarify a few things as I’m planning to use Miro for a large event.What is the maximum number users a board can handle and does that change whether they are a commenter or viewer? What happens if the maximum is reached? Can cursors be turned off by the admin or is it controlled per user? Are jpegs/pngs preferred over drawn graphics and shapes regarding memory use? Do different plans give different levels of stability? E.g. Business, Enterprise, etc?If this is successful, we will be doing more of these events, so if anyone at Miro sees this I’d be interested in discussing further.Thanks all!Lewis
Hi everyone.I’m a teacher, and I teach my students on Miro. I normally uploud pictures, screenshots and the like, and my students see them. But today my student siad he saw just grey shapes instead of my pictures. So they’re uploaded, I can see them, but not my students. It/s the first time my student hasn’t seen pictures on Miro. I’m in Russia, he’s in another country, which is probably the cause of the problem. Or no?
