I have a Jobs to be done exercise and need to summarise each job at the end of the activity. All the text from the yellow stickies into the pink stickies. Any advice on best way to do this (even if it involves using developer APIs etc)

I have added my own color to the board (#06F9B7), but when I export and print the board, the color does not appear as in the board. I am currently using the free version, does exporting to higher quality (premium version) help or how could I solve this problem? The problem is not in the printer and I have tried both PDF and image export, same problem in both.

Sometimes he still can write but it is only me who can really see it in the board. To me it feels a bit like that it is the pupil's iPad's problem, but additionally there is also a problem with the minimap. It shows large area with nothing. Usually it auto zooms and shows only the areas with content. This problem occurs on my iPad and my computer (Windows 10 & Firefox).I do not use frames as this user did: https://community.miro.com/peer-support-45/scaling-minimap-2633Later some other pupil (also with an iPad) also had the problem that the board was frozen. The Figmiro plugin is no longer working, and hasn't been for about a week for us. Restarting both programs hasn't helped. Either it cycles between "boards are loading" and "no boards found" forever, or if I sign out of the plugin and back in, I get the list of boards but can't sync anything without a Network error. This is seriously the main reason we use Miro, and will need to switch to Figjam if this plugin does not start working consistently. Is there an ETA for a fix?Thank you,​​​​​​Sarah

When I have added shapes like Flowchart and Connectors I am not able to use them. I do see them but can't work with them.

Hey there, hope anyone can help ;-)We are using Miro as a student group for a project in our current course at the university. Now that we have added some templates and also created content ourselves we can no longer edit them.So we have only one board but included several templates.My question is: does the limit refer to 3 templates per Miro board or does the limit refer to 3 Miro boards per user?Thanks for your helpBarbara

Hi, I’ve switched the navitagtion mode in the past and everything worked. Now I have two boards where I can’t switch to mouse mode. When ever I do it, it switches back to touchscreen mode imidiatly.   Anybody had the same problem?

I can't believe that the “all” shapes are actually ALL the shapes that are standard available in Miro?Simple shape for example “document” is missing as well as other basic shapes.  Somebody please help me out of my disbelief that this might actually be the case ;)

I am getting this message: “Access Revoked. Another user has removed you from the board “X”. “ I am the only user.  I looked up revoked in the search and nothing came up.  What might be going on?

He clicks on the link in the email invitation, and comes to the screen below.   He clicks on the link Sign Up with Email and nothing happens.  Any ideas?         

Has anybody body experienced this problem?  Viewing our Miro board using the desktop application is showing an older version of the board as compared to what is seen on the board from the browser.  Any idea how to properly sync?

Hi there,   I want to make each board I own accessible to different groups of people, and I want to transfer the ownership of each board to one person from each group so that I can delete the boards from mine. How can I do this? Thank you.

I have a question which you may be able to help me with.  I run workshops of 20 to ‘000’s of people, all of which I use breakout sessions.  I have looked through a load of the Miro functionality, which I really like by the way, but I cannot see if it is possible to have breakout groups working within a particular frame while others are working in other frames so that the conversation is specific to just that breakout group…all at the same time!?  Thanks for the help...

I have created Miro boards that I expect to use in a number of events and so I export the board as a template so I can source it to instantiate my board for other events.The problem is that all the locked attributes for components in the original source are not preserved in the Template and its tedious to have to reassert the locks every time. I was expecting export as template will preserve all attributes in the template, this includes lock attribute. Why isn’t this the case?

I am in a team, I am not an admin. I try to unsubscribe from these kinds of emails but its not possible. These emails are not very relevant to me. I want to unsubscribe from emails like "<X> board - Request for access from <Y>". Please help. Thank you.

I have seen that text boxes can expand diagonally and font size adjusts automatically. I have two questions:Can one expand a text box vertically without needing to expand both the length and the width?Can we turn off font auto adjustment?

We want to select a platform that conforms to our beliefs that everyone on the team should be able to participate. As a user of Miro I am looking for templates or hacks that will allow us to share boards and collaborate with colleagues and design partners who need keyboard readers and other assistive technology. Can you please help me with your recommendations and board strategies? Thank you, Paul

Hi all, I’m still in an evaluation mode as a free user and I’m unable to access my boards.. The preview isn’t showing up, just the grey logo and when clicked the grey logo animation plays but never loads. I’ve tried restarting my browser, opening Miro in an incognito window and downloading the app (OSX Big Sur) and tried opening from there and no luck opening the files.Any advice on what to try next?

Hi, I'm on a Miro Consultant Plan, and was able to setup the Jira App properly, and I'm able to fetch Jira issues and place them on the board as Miro Cards.  That is all nice and useful. Thank you!On the other hand, my team cannot connect to Jira, even though they do have individual Jira accounts.  Is this a limitation of the "Registered Guest Editor" in Miro, or should the Jira integration work for them as well?  They can't even connect to Jira to set it up.

Does anyone you know if Miro boards can take data feeds in - allowing them to become dashboards?For example if I had a text box in Miro that said: “Temperature in Edinburgh” could I change another text field according to a data feed coming from an external source? ie. a feed from a live networked thermometer 

Hi, I guessed I screwed this up somehow, but maybe someone can help. I use Miro both for personal stuff and for work. Now I was meant to upgrade my WORK-teams account to a multiple-team subscription, but somehow I actually upgraded my personal account. Well, no problem I thought, I’ll just move the boards around, and then change the names of the teams and thus switch my personal/workaccounts aroundand VOILA - I should solve the problem I created. But no… Now it seems I can change the name of the team on the free-version, but somehow I can not do the same on my subscription. And then again, I do not understand why my personal free-account is in any way connected to my work-accout, they should be completely separate  Have I interlinked them somehow? I just cant figure this out :D Could someone just swing a magic wand, and fix this, please?

What is Miro most useful for? I use Notion and would like to add Miro to my toolkit.

Hello I’m not sure how to catagorise/define this one and I’ve seen some posts on shape outlines and a function that was previously available that’s dearly missed by many users with hopes of this being brought back, but I’m not entirely sure this is the same thing.I’ve created a flow chart and I’ve chosen to use rectangular shapes with text inside them, but whenever I place the next shape ‘directly’ below another shape, it doesn’t remain as a shape and it also loses it’s outline colour.Bizarrely, if I place it below and to one side it does remain the same, but ‘not’ when placed directly underneath ‘unless’ I leave an unnecessarily large gap, which I don't really want to do as the flow chart ends up being far bigger than I desire it to be.Does anyone know why this is happening and if it’s possible for me to align these shapes without compromising how they end up appearing?I’ve included some images to show what I mean here.One shows that there’s no issues when the shape is off to the righ
