Enterprise plan not being assigned/recognised

Hi, 

 

SO my company has an enterprise plan and I’ve been assigned a licence and sent an invite form the admin. I’ve accepted the invite but when I log in it still says I’m on the free version and need to upgrade? 

Are there any other steps I need to do to?

Hi Matt, 

when you are in your Miro dashboard you should see the different teams/ accounts that you are part of in the left long panel. This is where you would also switch between Free accounts and e.g. the Enterprise account. Any Enterprise team should have a white building symbol. Hope that helps!
