Someone set up a Miro account before I joined the company. How can I find out who is the admin or take over the account as admin? (I’m trying to upgrade the plan)

On most plans, you should be able to:

  1. Go into the Team profile settings:
  2. and then “Users” or “Active users”:

You can also just create a new Team vs. upgrading and then add members/move boards to that new team:
