Hello,I try to buy a consultant license for a personal use however a VAT number is required. My question is :How can I buy a license for personal use (ie. without VAT number) ?Thx in advance

Is there a better way to get insight in to a users 'content' when they have no boards no projects and no templates what remains and how do we check?

Just discovered Miro and was very excited about it’s novel approach to project collaboration until i discovered that Miro cards do not support custom fields making them little more than sticky notes.  So I searched for this feature and found several threads asking for this feature as far back as year and none of them had a response from the Miro team.  Adding custom fields to cards is supported by all project tools that i have worked with (and it’s not a small number).  The lack of this feature is rather a serious oversight.  The lack of the team response is a serious red flag.  So i’m wondering what’s the community’s general experience with how responsive Miro team is to other issues / bugs.

I created a board with multiple frames.  In one frame is a reporting structure with titles.  In another frame are multiple job descriptions.  I spent a ton of time linking the job titles to the correct job descriptions.  A day later, the links now don’t go to the descriptions but to the overall frame that houses the descriptions.  Does this have something to do with the way I’m locking the frame?  Do I need to lock the items individually instead?  Is there something else I need to do to keep the links from changing?  Thanks.

It asks me to request access myself, but I don't get any mail, please. Please help me because all my research from my thesis project is on my board.​​

Hello All,Does anyone here know if there is a limit on number of starred boards in Miro?Scenario:Few boards from licensed user accounts were shared with me for collaboration. I had marked these boards starred to make it easier for me to find and reference them. Lately i have observed that some of them automatically unstar them or even if they are starred they are not listed. Am I missing something here? Is there a limit on number of boards that can be starred or viewed?

“Your browser's zoom level is not set to 100%, which may cause the board to display incorrectly.”This message continues to display at the top of the miro application (--not via the website access--), even after ensuring that my perspective on both my computer and my app are adjusted to full, regular perspective (not zoomed in/out), and even after restarting the app.(Also, I don’t know why I can’t get rid of this designated related topic: “Problems reassigning nodes”, which is from a previous inquiry of mine.)Thanks!DQ

I noticed the application for an interactive board has been updated, it is now 0.7.6.0I can’t use quick sign in from my mobile phoneWhen i use quick sign in from my laptop, instead of displaying the board i want to show, it displays all the “Boards in this team”There doesn’t seem to be a way to get back to the quick sign in screen after the first person has signed inHas anyone else used the new version of the app?

Is it possible to download the board history? 

I have a team member who cannot add to our boards.  I tried to follow a previous similar queries solution, but the options that appear for me are different to the ones suggested ie under Users, when I click the 3 dots next to the user name I do not get the option ‘can edit’, I only get ‘grant team admin’ or ‘delete from team’.  Also in under the Users tab the ‘Board Access’ says 0, even though there are 2 boards.I don’t know if the fact that I use a mac is relevant to the options I get and how to edit permissions.

Getting this error message when I try to copy my slides from one Miro Board to another:“Some objects are on a different server instance and couldn’t be pasted”Basically can’t seem to copy/paste the frames and images (only the text) from one Miro board to another. This is a new issue for me… was there an update I missed or did Miro make an update to code that messed with copy/paste within boards?

Hi, i need you experience on the following:I have a free board plan that I share with my students sending them a link each time is needed.at the end of the lesson i remove them form the users list but I noticed that the link sent previously stays active and let them get in the board. is that possible?I thought that each time i shared a new link was created disabling the old ones.thanks,Viviana :)

have been trying to get miroBoard picker working for a while now. have submitted the app twice, and it was working for a while, but then it stopped. When we try to go ‘whiltelist’ the domain, it won’t let us → it says it’s an invalid domain, no matter what we put in (including localhost) Been struggling for about 2 months now, have sent in multiple enquiries, but no response. have a paid account with 20 members. any tips?

when I send an artboard to miro from figma for first time is good but when update artboard in figma and send it again , it past to other side and i must cut it and past in place that i want.

Hey all!Hope you’ve been doing well.We have a few new employees that are about to start and I’m curious if you have any favorite onboarding templates in the Miroverse, or fun ways you’ve used Miro to onboard new employees.I’m looking to be a bit better this go-round on setting expectations for the new employees. We already have a pretty good “handbook” running with all of the log ins and people they’ll meet, but I’m looking for something a bit more tailored to how to onboard someone for a specific role.Curious to hear your thoughts! PS: don’t forget about our first event, getting to know you on Friday at 9am Pacific time!

Hi, since around a week I face the issue that the ‘x’ and ‘y’ attributes are missing if using the Miro REST API (old version, call get_all_widgets https://api.miro.com/v1/boards/<board_id>/widgets/ and also the get_widget call f"{self.miro_url}/{self.board_id}/widgets/{widget_id}").I see this issue for a rectangle (style/shapeType) shape (type).This does not happen for all widgets… Some reactangle shape widgets have the x/y attributes, some not.Re-creating the shape via the Miro-App brings x/y back. But randomly it disappears somehow somewhen again. Do you face the same issue?Is there any fix planned or workaound available? Thanks for the support,Sebastian
