I really like the hiding function of frames.the only disadvantage is that at that moment the frame is also complete hidden voor the owner.It would be very pratical if it was not hidden voor de owner but only blurred. You can compare it with given a presentation and you want already have a reminder of what is coming. 

Hi there, I developed a Miro Board and updated the access restrictions to enable anyone to edit using the link. When users (who have personal Miro accounts) access my Board, I want them to be able to make a copy of the Board for their personal use. Is there a way to do that? Best, Sikandar

Hello everyone,Currently, we have users who have created their Miro account using their corporate email address "@contoso.ca" and we have other users who have created their Miro account with the alias of their corporate email address "@contoso.com".Boards have been created by all these users.If I activate SSO authentication, I think that the users who created their account in ".ca" will keep their boards but I have a doubt about the users in ".com". Will they get their boards back when they log in via SSO with their ".ca" email address when they had created their account with ".com"?Thansk a lot,Emilien

Today I was facilitating a series of training sessions. After the first session, I realized I wanted to add an existing frame (with content) from the board to the pre-established “meeting”. However, I couldn’t figure out how to do that, once the meeting sequence is in place. I see that you can “add frame”, but that creates a brand new frame on the board. In this scenario, the meeting is not active/started. it’s simply all set up the way I want it, but then I want to add another piece of content from the board within the meeting sequence for my next group. Hope there’s a super easy answer to this. I tried to search first, I promise :) 

What is your favorite board game you would love to see (and play) on a miro board?

I work with both a mouse and a track pad.  Why have a setting about it?Why not just work according to which one is used?Saying to use a mouse, and then using the trackpad is awkward.and Vice versa.And the dual setting is bad no matter what.Can someone explain the rationale behind the way this option is set up?It’d be more consistent (something Miro’s UX is horrible at) and it’d make it easy when you usually use a mouse but then use the trackball. 

How can I make money using miro community

Hi there all. I’m running a big project on the free account and everyone who joins is getting notifications to approve new members. This is already getting confusing for people who think they have to do something. Is there anyway to turn this particular email notification off please in the settings? Thanks.

How can I fix it. It drive me crazy and cannot do any work.   

There is something wrong with the Miro app. I tried to restart and "reset application data" but it didn't work, just a blank screen. Please see the screenshot. Thanks a lot ps. my ps is macbook pro m1 :)

I am curious if anyone has created a box or template that I can put on the top of every whiteboard that has lines on it to put like a customers name, address, phone number, email Like you would see on a phone contact tab If so can you recommend one and how to find it in the system? Sorry we are brand new to using it.

Surely this has already been discussed, or is a widely-known feature, but as a newbie to Miro I just can’t figure it out.  I’m building a complex flow diagram, and I’d like to be able to embed “template” flows inside it and give them the form of a block.  Think of it as a “black box” that represents another flow diagram.  But, for discussion purposes, I’d like to be able to click on that block and have the other flow diagram open up.  How do I do that?Thanks ahead of time!

I have added PDFs onto Miro before, but for some reason, this one PDF document will rotate pages in  my PDF to a portrait orientation, when I have them all laid out to be in landscape. Not all of the pages, but most of them. It’s just this one PDF, I don’t understand why. I have reuploaded it with different titles, but I need to have this document up as a PDF.I went back and resaved all of the pages separately, and recreated a new PDF. So far it seems to be keeping all of the pages in the correct orientation.

I watched a recording of this Miro webinar and I just wonder about this blue arrow in the frame in presentation mode. How can I embed that?

HiSo I am looking to fetch cards from a Miro board using the following example request from the API documentation: curl --request GET \ --url https://api.miro.com/v1/boards/id/widgets/widgetId \ --header 'Accept: application/json'and I realized that it fetches only the cards that are specifically outside of frames.The cards inside of frames (a Kanban in this case - I used the Miro template to create the Kanban board inside my board) are not being fetched from the API.Could you solve this issue shortly please?Thank you so much. The image below shows my testing setup. Everything on the left (outside of the frame) is syncing. AND everything on the right, inside the Kanban that I transformed into a frame, do NOT sync. What could be the solution to that?  

After logging in to Miro via the plug-in is Sketch I always receive this message. Running the most up to date version of both Sketch and the Plugin

Is there a way to easily add a footer onto all my frames (e.g. page numbers for instance)

Hi, I am experiencing an issue with the top right panel - not able to see who is on the board, neither able to share the board as those options are outside the screen. The browser (chrome) 100% zoom and I am able to zoom in and out of the board itself without issue. The top right is the only panel which seems to be zoomed out and I can’t find a way to bring that within the browser screen as shown in the screenshot above. Please help!
