@Heghine Lalayan Absolutely, the easiest way is to mark all objects, right-click (or click on the three dots in the toolbar), then choose Create frame.

As for your questions:

is it possible to move a frame without having to reposition everything within the screen after it's been moved?

Yes. You can click-and-drag the frame by the title, which will move all objects in the frame too:

And whether there is a way to copy the screen and all the text box components as one rather than having to move it all one piece at a time?

You can select all unlocked objects by using the Ctrl/Cmd+A shortcut.
