Hello team,

Im working with two teams, one of them have problem in integration between Jira and Miro, I cannot find Jira cards on Miro also the same for planning poker cards, although it is already working with the second team, 

 is there any help?

@Mohamed Samy - Please provide some more information on your specific scenario:

  • What plan type are these teams associated with? (Team, Business, Consultant, or Enterprise?)
  • What is your Miro account profile’s (i.e., email address) association with these teams? Are you a full Member, Guest, or Visitor?
    • If a Member, what is your (Miro) role on the team? (Member, Team Admin, or Company Admin?)

If these teams are under an Enterprise Plan, a Company Admin of the plan may need to make additional configuration changes (or something is broken) - a few articles to review:

The Enterprise and Business Plans are unfortunately the only two that I do have any personal experience with. Regardless of which paid plan you have, you can also submit a Miro support request (if you haven’t already).
