Good night!When I first installed Miro on mobile, I used it for uploading photos (via “Choose Files” and “Photo Gallery”), and it worked just as expected.Recently, I can’t say how long ago, this funcionality stopped worked across different boards; the only one that keeps working is “Take Photo”.Using the desktop app and browser, I can upload local images. I tried using Android’s browser, only to find out I can only view boards from there. I also attempted a reinstall, to no avail.Any possible idea on why this is happening?Thanks!

Any example or idea of how to make a dynamic where people vote for the option they consider to be the correct answer that is agile and not so complicated to implement especially because there are many questions? I have done exercises where in each box I give the voting option, but is there any other way? Many thanks for your help 😉PS. I have access to Miro's voting plan

Account is not a partner. Reason is accountIsNotPlatformPartner   and on chrome popup Sorry, integration is unavailable.

Is there absolutely NO way to export a Miro Board to another type of software so that I can instal brand fonts/colour gradients/pass it onto others who don't use Miro so that they can edit it in any other type of software? If not I think I will leave Miro as not being able to bring in brand fonts etc was bad enough but refusing to give us permission/capabilities to edit our hard work further given we can't do certain things within Miro just makes it pointless for brands. Or anyone really. I think I will find a board software that allows us to have control of our work. So sad as Miro is very UI/UX friendly. 

Hi,I need some help/advise with lines/arrows please.I create all of my diagrams within an A4 Frame as I find this helps when I send documents to PDF. The problem I have is that when I do this, the lines/arrows in the frame are very small, (even when set to maximum size) you just cannot not see the arrows, and the lines are very thin.Is there a way around this, am I doing something wrong?Many thanksSteven 

I am talking about the Miro web plugin SDK and its capabilities.There are multiple events that I’ve successfully used in relation to stickers.WIDGETS_CREATED - Successfully fires when I create a new sticker. WIDGETS_DELETED - Successfully fires when I delete an existing sticker. WIDGETS_TRANSFORMATION_UPDATED - Successfully fires when I resize a sticker.However there does not seem to be any event that fires when I change the sticker text. This is especially annoying because this also applies for the very first edit. So when I create a new sticker, I get the WIDGETS_CREATED event for this sticker. However after I write some text for this sticker, there will be no event. It’s only later, for example when I resize the sticker, that I will catch on to the fact that the text has changed.Is there an event I can subscribe to that fires when the sticker text is changed? Did I miss something?If there isn’t any such event right now, are there plans on adding such an event? Knowing when the user

Hello, What kind of setup would you suggest to combine working in ZOOM & MIRO?I’m a MIRO user. The people I invite aren’t. What kind of settings do I have to prepare to make sure everybody can participate?I will make a basis with swimlanes and consider making a template for eacht element on the VSM. Hi Miro Community! I am trying to find a way to use Miro for Value Stream Mapping. I see there are templates out there with elements of VSM, but not one i can find that contains the shapes i need. For example, the customer shape in VSM is 3 sides of a rectangle, with 3 triangular points on the top. Is there a way to create a custom shape, or does anyone know of a template that contains the generally accepted shapes for VSM?

Miro provides a timer for meetings.  But Miro is also used for purposes that extend beyond meetings, like developing roadmaps, for instance.  Is anyone aware of a countdown timer that can be configured for days/dates instead of hours and minutes? Thanks!

Hi I left a team from an old training I did at my previous job, thinking that was ok. But I lost my board. Any way someone can help me get it back. It was several hours of work for developing a theory of change activity for my team, we are a non-profit. Help getting the board back would be amazing! So sorry I Made this mistake! How do you end a voting session started accidentally by another user? As a board owner/co-owner, you should be able to end a voting session started inadvertently by another editor. Has anyone else experienced this and figured out how to do it?

Does anyone know how to prevent other board Editors from accidentally unlocking components or inadvertently moving things they shouldn’t ? I have not found a good solution other than proposing a different user access category in between Commenter and Editor. “Commenter” doesn’t allow for enough functionality and “Editor” gives too much access once a workspace has been created. Something in between would allow the board owners/co-owners to select some interactive functionality for participants - such as adding stickies, dragging around non-locked items, adding icons, etc. - while not being able to inadvertently unlock and maneuver key components within a workspace.

Hello Miro Coummunity.I am the Team Admin for an Educational (FREE) plan that Miro has so kindly allowed us to use. Our team consists of 3 people (including myself). I am leaving the company (College) and I'd like to promote one of the team members as a Team-Admin. As of right now, Miro doesn't allow me that option. The only choice I have is to “delete a team member” not to promote a member to Team-Admin.Can you guys please help me find a solution to this problem?Much appreciated!

I have 2 questions. Which I cant find the answer to”if I have rectangle and within the rectangle, I have four others rounds. Normally if I click-select all the rounds. And I do it just outside the main shape, then it will always select the main rectangle as well. How can I prevent it. Its a standard powerpoint thing. If I have one or more shapes. how can I make them all them same lenghth and or width ( without actually entering the lenght etc.) They just need to match,

Hello everyone, When I am tring to add a ClickUp task or convert Miro object into a task, the task is created far away from the view, usally in the middle of the board, and I need to search and move it to the location where the object or the view was. Can this bug be fixed? thank you Omri

Hello All, I am trying to export the process flows that has been created on MIRO board to word file , The only option I can see is to export it as an image or PDF. Can you suggest any method so that i can export the process flows to word file in editable format. Thanks and regards,Akshay Paliwal

Hi there,We’re using Miro to have multiple projects whereby a guest can access their own particular project and boards within for a limited time. We want to automate this process, and not send every new guest their own links. But add the user’s email address to a project, and allow said user to ‘sign-in’ to Miro and thereby be directed/access to their respective board.Our issue is that the Miro links are on a Learning Management System, and we cannot paste individual links for each user, only a general link.Is this possible to do? Or is there perhaps another way to workaround this?Thank youAlex

Hi!We have a board we use for planning and kanban using stickly notes. We can no longer open this board. Any help appretiated as the board contains a lot of important information for us.The board starts to load, and loads for a long time, then the Miro background just turns grey and loading stops.

Hi,We are working on a miro plugin, using SDK 2, for an integration with one of our systems. When pasting a url from that system on the miro board I’d like to capture that event and create a card instead of just pasting the link. I’ve searched everywhere I can think of, but I’m not able to figure out how to capture this event? Although I see other plugins do the same thing (e.g. the Jira plugin). Is there any documentation for this? Or has anyone figure out a way to do this and is willing to share this solution? Thanks!

I’m a total beginner with MIro ...this wonderful program :>)Notes templates are gone - only shows “todo” list.The help screens show ways to use many different templates in notes ...but I can’t find them.Help?thx! Steve

On comments I'm getting  response that  includes  “@noname”  I suspect that is because they have been invited but have not had accepted  is that  correct?

Hi, I used a new template into a board (C4 Architecture). Since then miro do strange behavior like if I try to open my profile it will create a new board based on this template… If I want to navigate into my dashboard it will create a new board with the template…How I can remove that? or repair that (already logout and login)Thanks for your inputs.Fred
