Google Drive has disappeared from my tool bar - it says re-install but then i click re-install and it crashes - 404 message comes up. Weirdly i still have it on some boards but not on the one i desperatelyneed for a show and tell next week??!!) Whats going on ??

Hi,I’d like to prevent users from uploading files other than images, in order to reduce the risk of sensitive information being exchanged on miro boards.Do you have any ideas to achieve the above? Any ideas on prohibiting file uploads to Miro would be appreciated. Thanks!

Dear community,I hope you can help with the following topic:we followed all steps described on this page https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/4404440047378-Miro-plugin-for-Figma#Getting_started_with_the_plugin_ but we get stuck with step 4 where I cannot select the right team (although I am the team admin). Any ideas why that is the case?

I need to Limit upgrade plan for only Team Admin

This seems so simple, but  I can't figure it out.How can you move around the canvas with a stylus? On a surface for example.The app shows toggles for trackpad and mouse mode, but nothing for a pen. So with a mouse or touchscreen, I can just ‘grab ‘ the canvas and move it around. But not with a pen? It works everywhere else in windows.

When I select an object, I get the toolbar an inch or so above it. However, it hovers right overtop of the object that it appears over top of, blocking the view of that object.How can I move the toolbar so that it doesn’t block the object?  This is negatively affecting my experience, and is something I have run into multiple times now.  Do I really have to move the objects around so I can make sure they are visible when the toolbar pops up?ps:  what the hell is Conversation vs Wish List idea?  No, this isn’t a dream feature… Miro tries to be too cute

Two of us have had the same issue. We try to copy or duplicate a frame or object, it appears for about a second, and then disappears. My workaround is to use the “copy as image” feature, but I really want to copy the frame and elements in the frame. Anyone had this happen? Doesn’t seem to be an ownership issue. I own the board. My colleague can also not do this. HELP!!!

Our company is going to be changing domain names.  This means that my old email address of ben@old.com will be changing to ben@new.com.  Currently we log into Miro using Google Login.  How do I change my login from my old email address, to my new email address, and still use Google Login?  I would like to preserve our team, and the content that I have created, if possible.

Hello! I am a new miro user so I sometimes face difficulties and I’d be grateful if someone could help me:)Couples of months ago I created a board and invited my friend there just to test it. She followed the link, I had sent her, signed up and became a team member, where I was an admin. We tested my board and forgot about it for a while.A week ago she downloaded miro for her own purposes, logined in and created her own boards. Today I opened my profile and saw her boards. It looks as if we have one profile, because we can’t create more than 3 boards(we are on free version) for both of us in total. I mean I have 1 board, she has 2 and that’s a limit for us. We both see each others boards. I have no idea how to tackle this probllem. I hope someone will help me:)

I'm considering a paid plan for Miro for use at work.Is it possible to collaborate with half of the members using Team plan account and the other half using Business plan account?Or do members need to match their plans?

so i did four big boards with a free plan (which  cannot remake from zero, it took 2 weeks).i asked for education plan in the meanwhile, but by using the mail of my university and not the free plan gmail account. now i do not know how to have my boards in the education plan with university mail !i asked for education plan just to have the possibility to download the boards as good quality pdf but it says i cant when i share them , because the account they are made with is still a free plan so i cannot download them neither from the paid education plan . im desperate and dont know what to do 

Hi Does anyone know if it is possible to import a shape (say as a .SVG) and be able to change its fill colour and stroke colour?

Trying to add some text in Miro but it doesn’t seem to allow me to have a different size font (title, text, subtext,etc.) on the same text box or rectangle. Am I missing something?Thanks

When I open a board, a random section will display font at size 14, even though it as been set at something else, e.g. 48.  When I change the font size of any text in the object, all of the text returns to the original, set size. Does anyone know why this is happening and, more importantly, how I can prevent it from happening? Thank you

Is there any way to disable autofocus when embedding a board to another website so will not autoscroll to the board when visiting the page?

I deleted a team within a subscription plan (business account). The subscription plan wasn’t cancelled before though. Is the subscription also cancelled when the team is deleted or do I have to cancel it seperately?

Hello, under one email I’m a participant in two MIRO teams. One is my private, free team. One is team with some paid plan which I was added into. Both teams I see in my sidebar: Unfortunately, I have created some boards on my private team and now I want to move them to the second team. Is there any way to do it? I cannot see “Move” command for my boards. I also cannot sxport backup version of them (because this is a free plan). I would rather not ask somebody to move the boards or change it ownership. Do you know maybe how to do it?

Half of a text in text object  was “deleted” and it does not even appear in the history.(Desktop app - Windows 10 - Fee version). Any good ideas?(apart from restart miro, restart PC and light hit with a hammer). Thank U

I received the notification on my bank account that I had purchased one Miro plan, but in my Miro account I still have my free plan, I didnt receive any email or actualization from Miro, but the money has been charged

How can I set up automated connection between miro and jira during converting sticky to jira task.Is it possible that during this process link will be pasted automatically in the jira task? Hi All,Was using Miro with some students yesterday afternoon around 16.00. They were doing group exercises and adding content to the board. It later started flashing yellow and their content suddenly disappered. They then found it difficult to access it. Has this ever happened to anyone else? We didn’t have any problems that morning.

HelloI Tried to add a Youtube video on the board.
