HiWe are running design sprints and would like to visualize our process in MIRO and then either run the process in Miro and then import the data into another system or run it in the other system and then import it to Miro. I have had a quick look at the CSV feature, but there seem to be too little structure to effectively map the data in the CSV to our structure. Does your import / export feature allow for dynamic structures, since Miro can almost become anything as per the designer’s layout? Thank you.Jean-Pierre 

Has the presentation mode changed?I used to love clicking the presentation icon followed by the play button on the bottom and I would have my presentation for each frame viewed against a black background.It looks as though there has been an update to the presentation mode and although I can present each frame, it does so with the standard white background with the grid. Has the fullscreen (black background) option been removed?

According to https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360020911193#How_to_open_the_card_panel, I should be able to open the card panel using CMD+Shift+Down(arrow).I’m working on Windows, and I’ve used Ctrl+Shift+Down successfully before.But recently, the shortcut isn’t working anymore, which makes editing cards a nuisance.I’m on Firefox 113.0.2, but I’ve tried in Vivaldi 6.0.2979.15 and there it isn’t working either.Thanks for any help.

I created a table but some how one cell of the table is buggy. I can’t enter any thing into it. There fore i tried to delete the table.I was only to delete all columns/rows with exception of the one with the buggy cell. .

Hi dear team, I use free account, but my board has been disappeared since today, I don’t have any trash or backups, how to understand the reason and possibly get it back?  For some reason, I can’t find the link in the browser. Thank you! 

The "copy share link" failed with a success message. This resulted in my pasting what was previously in my clipboard into the chat while running an interview. I'm using Miro in Firefox 102.10.0esr (64-bit) on Debian. It might be helpful to provide the url in a text-selectable way so platforms without copy/paste access can continue to copy a url before trying to target every platform's clipboard API. Copying the url from the url bar worked, but it was unclear if it should.  

Is anyone experiencing the same issues as I am? It is getting VERY frustrating! (Note: I am using the browser, not the app, however my co-worker is having the same issue using the app) When I navigate to another window and back to Miro (which I do constantly), it often zooms me out and I have to go back to where I was. Super annoying. Today it’s happening to me even more frequently and every time I was trying to click on my browser window it would zoom me back out. I’d zoom in and as soon as I clicked it zoomed me back out. No idea why but this is making it very difficult to get work done.Miro - PLEASE remove this feature!! If we want to zoom out we can on our own =) 

Hello!Hope you can help me solve the problem. I’m a free account user. Yesterday I opened Miro on my laptop and also on a PC and there weren’t any problems. Today I can’t open anything! No Internet connection issues 100%, I’ve doublechecked. Neither the website nor the app aren’t working! The pages are empty and white and that’s it! What happened? How can I fix it? 

A couple of days ago the behavior of my Miro board (desktop) SharePoint external links changed.  They used to open in a new Chrome (Mac) browser tab.  Now they open within the Miro desktop app as a pop up menu with no tool bar.  How can I change this back to a browser window?

Hi everyone,I’ve made a swimlane flowchart where I have a few connection lines connecting to different parts.I’ve had to edit the connection line beyond it being just a straight line so that it looks neat when connecting to other parts (e.g. some lines have three different curves in them to connect nicely to the next piece). For some reason these curves aren’t updating at all and seem to go back to a shape that is making the board look messy. I’ve tried changing them back several times to how I want them to look but everytime I refresh, it goes back to the same messy lines.Does anybody know how I could fix this?Thanks!

I read this story on Medium by Mithil Srivastav some weeks ago, and although I definitely don’t agree with point number 4, I believe it’s an interesting piece. I especially like the parts about being data-driven:You need to get as much data as you can before taking a decision. Be paranoid with data. Be the devil’s advocate and ask yourself questions “Why ”, if you don’t have a data backing the answer, keep searching.Too many times have I seen projects and organization trapped in the “feature factory,” where the only thing that matters is “delivery” (oh how much I hate that word in product development and IT) and the release is seen as the end of something – instead of the beginning.What are your thoughts on this?

Is it possible to fill a shape with a pattern (dots, stripes, etc.) instead of (or in addition to) a color?  If it is possible, how?

Hi guys, I recently create one board in Miro and I didn’t know I was creating in the team that was for my previous company and I shared it with my manager. Now, My manager added to the list of users of that team, and I left the team already, is there any way to remove my manager from that team except he leave from the team with himself? 

When I try to export my artboard from Sketch to a Miro board using the plugin by Miro, I’ve been having the same problem for around 3 weeks. It never pass from the loading stage... I have no idea why that is happening now, and the plugin was working pretty good before that time. I need help with how to solve the problem. Perhaps someone can help me understand if I’m doing something wrong? I will be grateful for any help, thanks. P.S.: I deleted and reinstalled the app and plugin multiple times, my computer is up to date, I did all the troubleshooting available on the plugin description page… Unfortunately nothing worked so far...

Hi, I used to be a part of the beta program and I had access to Talktrack and the new AI features.Today, when I wanted to use talktrack, the “record a talktrack” button was not clickable and there was a message saying “you need to be a part of the beta program to create talktacks”. I am wondering why I am not a part of the beta program anymore and how can I activate those features again.Thanks.

Hello! I’m trying to use the plugin in a new computer, but all the option (including login/logout) are showing as disable for me. Any ideia on how to fix it?  

 I understand the need to force a pagination (although 100; it's still a bit low.)But then the stroke of the cursor, I do not understand.Could a simple "offset" have been suitable?Limit=100&offset=0, Limit=100&offset=100, Limit=100&offset=200, … In any case, it complicates my work terribly.Maybe making access difficult and complicated is a way to reduce the load on api servers.
