Issue Cannot be created in Jira when Trying to convert Jira card

I have a Kanban Board in Miro with Cards.  Some cards will convert to Jira while other will not and i receive an error message stating “ Issue cannot be created in Jira”.   There is no additional information to troubleshoot with.
