I am consulting and coaching people. 
And want to upgrade my free account to at least basic. 

 

But the system says, I need to pay another user for each one who can access the board.

My clients need to edit in the board - just one board. Is it really necessary to pay full price for everyone who temporarily works on a single board?

Is there a pricing model that is covering this?

If  you are being shown that you must pay for at least two members during the upgrade, e.g.:

 

Your options could be to:

  1. Remove all team members except for yourself and then upgrade to the Starter Plan.
  2. Create a new Starter Plan team. Then move your boards to the new team.

Here’s a visual:

After you have completed either of the above options, you would then Visitors access (which is free) to allow your client to edit boards that are in your Stater Plan. You can even password protect the boards.

One last thing to note it to let your clients know that they star the boards that you share with them, so they can more easily find them later.
