Hey,i am looking for a solution track if an user has deleted our app.We are using the access token.Is there a way to get the available apps for the user by the access token?

Hi everyone, I have a question, is it no more possible to write in presentation mode ?! I used to do it for the last two months but lately it has been impossible.  Someone can help?Thanks in advance

 I attached screenshots of the frame that is affected. None of the other frames in the board have this issue or look similar. I am not able to select the slightly more transparent portions of the title or sticky notes (not the actual sticky note feature, just shapes with text.)I can double click on some of the forms to do basic text editing, and I see the gray hover buttons to rearrange columns, but none of the normal edit or select menus show up. I can’t copy or duplicate anything, or move any of the tables.I have tried copying the board (didn’t fix), restoring previous versions (the bug somehow backdated itself; didn’t fix), clearing the app data (didn’t fix), uninstalling and reinstalling the desktop app (didn’t fix), and accessing the board (and versions of the board) from a browser window (didn’t fix), CTRL-A (didn’t select/fix). This problem only appeared after I loaded the board this morning. I am able to edit the rest of the board just fine. I am on Mac OS; I usually only work

I have been developing software for 50 years and find Miro’s UX to be the worst (by far) from any application I’ve seen.I am not sure what forum to be making suggestions on, however. I have been using Miro for 2 years now and find it just as awkward as when i started.Where’s the best place to make suggestions? thanks

After login on Miro I received the following message: 

I’m experiencing problems with loading the dashboard in the Chrome browser. In Safari everything is working fine, but in Chrome it keeps on showing the loading icon. Does anyone know how to solve this?

I am working on a single page ‘canvas’ not unlike the business model canvas. I am looking to print at approximately an A2 size, which is four A4 sheets:  I recognize that in the case of Miro, A4 is not a print size but rather an aspect ratio. Font sizes, though, are absolute as far as I know, meaning that the frame would expand and contract, but the font sizes would remain the same. At the moment I’m looking at something roughly 85 pt font for the main title, 36 pt for subheadings, 24 pt for body text.  How can I build a poster in Miro ensuring the print quality will be high when I export? I am assuming I would need to export to PDF using ‘best quality’ for one, but I am concerned that the frames will automatically fit to letter rather than A2, for one. As a secondary concern, as I am building this, I want to make sure that my resolution is roughly correct - for example any images I copy in would need to roughly appropriate in size, otherwise upon increasing they’ll get blurry. At the

My company has an Enterprise licence, but suddenly this morning the board we want to share with an external group does not allow us to grant edit access. We’ve been sharing our boards for the past few years with no issues before.  

when input Chinese and English text into a text box, it always auto create a new line with the space between Chinese and English switch.it looks normal when I edit the text: but it always go awry when it’s out the edit mode.how can it be fixed?

Hi everybody! Is there a way I can paste copied images on the Miro tablet version? Mine is an Android tablet (Samsung). Looks like the Paste option is absent and when I click on the canvas, there's no pop-up menu at all. Is there a solution to this?Thanks in advance! :)

Is there a way to set the default font size permanently?  I find the dynamic resizing really cumbersome and distracting.  I’d like to be able to open any card on any board and always have it default to 24pt font.  I know that you can duplicate cards and it will pick up the same font size, but that’s not really what I want to do.  Is there a setting that permanently sets the font size?

I was working on a board before and now need to copy or export that one to a new Master Board. How do I do that? I don’t want it as a link, but to be seen as one component of the new Master Board. Thank you in advance

Hi I would like to use shapes to create “art” around the edges of my frames. So I have placed some different shapes around the edges, but when I enter present mode - instead of showing what is inside the frame only, it shows all around the frame as well. Is it possible to show only what is inside the frame? /Søren

Hi,I am part of a business account and working with a client who will need to utilise a MIRO board after we finish our work with them. They will need to update the board, and importantly export it to PDF.Is there a way to utilise our business account features to give her access with exporting abilities for this board only? They don’t wish to pay for a MIRO account themselves, so copying the board for their account won’t work as they can’t export on an unpaid account.Thanks in advance!

We all love clever tools, right? Little tricks that make our lives easier.Of course the opposite is true. When a feature is trying to be clever but isn’t it can be infuriating. So goes the handling of pasting URLs.Miro behaviour:I copy a URL from my clipboard - in this instance I was marking up a deeplink in Miro I paste it into a text box - so far so good, it pastes the text I selected and turns it into a clickable link. I duplicate the text box to copy another URL.  This time when I paste the URL it doesn’t update the text, but it does silently replace the clickable link. I spend 5 minutes confused about why two supposedly different URLs have the same content.My desired behaviourTreat URLs pasted into boxes like they’re text. Seriously, it’s not super complex. OR Provide some sort of messaging for what you’re doing - maybe a little toast perhaps?Thanks

Hi, I am wondering if anyone has any ideas on how to create a randomizer that would take a list of items or names and randomly select one. I currently am using the random number generator and associating it with a name but would like to have it automatically do this, as I am using it for a game I have built and I have to do this multiple times and it gets confusing for students.

What are the most common use cases

Send to front and send to back are obvious. The Website template clearly accomplishes more than that, with different texts going under/over other objects. Because “layers” seem to be a taboo word here, from the billions of wish list posts for the different variations of the feature are all that come up when searching, including old reddit posts from just two months ago unanswered.So what’s the term for miro to manage what shows on top between different shapes/objects? What’s the search term I’m looking for?

Hi All, is there a way in Miro to setup graphs that are integrated to a data source like MS XL or integrate directly a live graph tool like Power BI. I am involved in Lean and Agile heavilly, would be great to be able to setup simple visual board charts that are updated via a data source rather than manually. 

I deleted a frame because every time I opened my board, Miro would automatically scroll to that frame. It was a nuisance and I didn’t need it anymore, so I deleted it.Now when I login to the board, I get an error “Sorry, the linked item has been deleted from this board”.So there was somehow a link that was automatically taking me to that frame - I don’t know how I did it, and I would like to find it so I can change it to a frame that actually exists.Can someone help?
