Issues when scrolling on the User Management Page

As the Company Admin i’d normally been successful to use my mouse scroll wheel to go up and down the long list of Users. 

But for some reason, in the past weeks, that scroll and the arrow buttons are intermittently working on both MS Edge and Chrome. it’s so annoying. 

Can anyone please advise if there’s been recent changes?

@Jowe, it could be one or two things, if your mouse works well on other applications apart from Edge and Chrome then, the problem is not your mouse, it means that your internet browsers may have been affected by worms from the internet, you need to clean your two browsers with antivirus and clear their cache as well and if that doesn’t work, then, uninstall your mouse driver from DEVICE MANAGER and reinstall it back again, kindly try that and let’s see pls, thank you
