Hi there - I need to contact support as I'm being charged for a plan I don't have. Because I don't have a paid plan, it looks like I'm unable to access the “contact support” tab.

@flynnkristina - I have converted your post into a support ticket. Once you receive the confirmation email, I would suggest that you reply with any details related to the recent charges to your credit card, e.g., the amount, date, and last four digits of the card charged. You may also want to include a copy of any emails you may have received related to the charge.
