I have a Miro board open and added SmartSheets to connect to.  When I get the screen with the Accept/Deny question and choose Accept, I get the MSS-5006 message.  I reached out to SmartSheets and they checked their logs and all was fine on that side, so now checking on the Miro side.

Hello, I have a problem with payment. All entered data is accurate, but the payment is failed anyway. What might be a problem? 

I just started using the Airtable integration (Miro > Airtable one-way sync) for processing, tagging, and clustering user research insights. I see a lot of potential in the integration but it is severely lacking the core functionality of also importing tags from Miro. Is this planned or does anyone know of a way to do this currently? Thanks!

I have created a visualization depicting the "Top 5 countries with the most significant positive and negative changes in road traffic death rates per 100,000 people between 2000 and 2019." This visualization is based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO).I am honing my skills by creating both simple and advanced visualizations like the one shown here quickly and without any programming skills, using visualization tools.My question is, is there a way to create similar or even more advanced visualizations in Miro?

Hi,So I use Miro mainly at work. I have been using my personal account for work, and we have been using my private account with other colleagues. There are also “Teams” (Which I see more as Projects) created by my company and that belongs to them.Now I need to use it again for myself. But I do not find a way to clearly and easily understand to whowm what “Team” belongs to, since Everything is shown and mixed together.Please how can I make sure and check who created what team so I can make sure I am moving boards to those from work and not actually from one that belongs to me to another of mine, and also so that I can make sure noone else sees my private boards/projects?

It would be great to be able to bookmark an entire section for myself, or set reminders to revisit a highlighted section.I got this idea from seeing my teammate highlighting a section on our shared board. It looked like a ‘personal bookmark’, which would be great to be able to set for myself along with a reminder. An example of this would be creating a reminder for myself to revisit one section of a complicated flow.

Hello community. I wonder if someone could elaborate on the overall performance of Miro on diffenrent MacBooks especially in combination with screen sharing during remote presentations with 100+ participants?Background of my question: I have to decide on a new Mac and wonder if the new M2 Pro CPU on the MacBook Pro is worth the price compared to the non-Pro M2 when the situation described above is my main use case.Thanks a lot in advance...

Здравствуйте. Такая проблема нарисовалась. При нажатии каких то клавиш, постояло разные, выбивает из режима ввода текста в поиск соответствий. Скорее всего в настройках что-то законнектилось. Не могу выйти в эти настройки.Например, на фото внизу нужно ввести слово затраты и вместо “тр” меня выбивает в окно наверху.Помогите!

Hi,Advance apologies if this is a basic question, but:When using PPT, I fade in my text, bullet-by-bullet to keep my audience from reading ahead.I’m trying to figure out how to do something similar in MIRO, but it appears that it’s not possible. Am I missing something?I’d rather not fake this bymaking multiple frames with incremental bullets or making multiple frames as a method of vertical scrollingOne suggestion I’ve seen is to use Cards, and zooming in - but this has two problems:all text gets revealed at once there seems to be a limit to the number of lines / text on a card.Thanks!-geoff

It seems to me that the panel iframe no longer recieves (at least) selection:update events after miro.board.ui.closeModal() is called by the modal iframe. When i open a modal, and a code in the modal calls miro.board.ui.closeModal(), the panel stops receiveing events. I have to re-register the listener in panel again. Does by any chance closeModal unregister listeners in the panel? 

Hi Miro Team,We are design community from Myanmar and planning to host an online webinar (which will be recurring once a year) on next month. For the networking session. I would like to use Miro as a whiteboard where the designers can view and edit.Current registered amount is around 400 and I am thinking whether it is possible to do it in the Free Plan? (I know paid plans will be better, but we are on our start phase and don’t have much budget at the moment.)Or if it is not available or feasible in the free plan, please suggest me the package that is suitable.

Is there a way that I as an IT Admin, can have a Miro Account on our company account used for Administration, however, since I am not using Miro for other purposes, not have to be charged the monthly license fee?I know other services that allow for an Administrator, but can revoke the actual License.

How do I get an object to light up in some way e.g highlighted by klicking on one object eg proccess connected to another object, to show their relationship? I have a board with hundreds of relations between different objects and I cant clutter with connection lines all over.

Miro does not load in my Google Chrome 117.0.5938.88 in my Macbook Pro M1 2021. I also tried it in incognito mode, same issue. After login through SSO, I can only see a spinning Miro logo, no errors in developer tools.I can login with Safari

Il n’y a pas moyen d’avoir la liste “avec les noms affichés en entier” sans devoir passer la souris sur l’icône et AAaaaaatteeennnndrre la bulle avec le nom de la team.?
