Hi everybody,
I am trying to restore a board backup, but after loading a while it always says that backup file is too big.
I tried with different browsers (safari and chrome) and desktop app. But nothing.
What can I do? Thanks for help! :-)

@ncf -

You should open a support request for this: Submit a request – Miro Support & Help Center

Tagging @Marina into the discussion, if there is a limit on board backup size for restore purposes (and it is not just a bug), it’d be good to have it added to this help topic: https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/360017572774-Board-Backup

Thank you, Kiron! I just sent the support request

Hi all,

You are right, you can’t upload the backup file which is more than 200 Mb. Only the Support team can do it for you now.

Kiron, great idea! I will communicate this confusion to the team first, maybe we can find a better solution :thinking:

Is there some reason for this limitation?  Makes no sense to me to whatever to have to get your support staff involved in something like this.

If there is some major failure where a lot of data is lost, can your support do batch restores?

Most of our boards are > 200Mb.  The biggest one downloaded to a 1GB+ file.  This limit is very constraining…..

Seems to still be an ongoing issue.

Full support to @Zeb’s comment above.  200Mb for graphic intensive boards is nothing - and for any full user experience this is essential.

Backing earlier comments - Can this limit be changed please?
