Hi!Is there a screen reader app that integrates better with Miro or other tools that would make Miro more accessible for people with visual impairment?I will be working with people with visual impairment with various degrees in a future project. When I asked them about the apps that they have been using to navigate the internet they shared that they are not using any yet! I was really surprised by that.Until now, they have been zooming everything in and loosing so much time and energy in this process… With that in mind, I would like to present them a board to help them to collaborate with other participants and focus on the collaboration itself, and not loose so much of their energy struggling with the tool, in this case the board. Could you support me in this design process related to suggesting and testing some integrations? Good day! I have a problem. I don't have free access to my board, how can I get it back? yesterday I gave viewer access to my student and for some reason I also became a viewer. I also have another old profile of mine in miro, I checked it there, I am also a viewer there. Maybe this is some kind of bug? How do I regain access to my board?name of the board Product Roadmaps

Hi.I have a question. Can I use 2FA with sign in Google?I’ve read the article as the below.https://help.miro.com/hc/en-us/articles/7935469290002-Two-factor-authentication-2FA-user-guide- I think it says you can use 2FA with email and password(not with sign in Google).Is that correct? I can’t use 2FA with sgin in Google?Thanks.

Last year our company was offered the Startup welcome credit.  I’m entering my second year of miro now and it looks like I might be charged, however I don’t think I’ve used my available credit.   How can I check my remaining credit?

So I’ve been using Miro with my Apple Pencil on my iPad for a while and have experienced no issues, however now I cannot do anything with my Apple Pencil other than draw on my whiteboards. I can’t move anything about or select anything with my Apple Pencil. I’ve switched off the “only drawing” selection in my settings so it’s not that haha.does anyone have the solution to this ?

A while back, @John Parkin wrote this and I just want to break this out as a separate discussion thread from general Accessibility: “I have a team member who experiences an extremely uncomfortable form of motion sickness using Miro. It’s great that we can turn off the whizzy mouse cursors but it would be much, much better if users have control over the way they experience the live updating of the board by other users. You’d need to do a bit of consultation with experts in the area to understand what would improve the experience but I’d imagine it’s easier to turn off or dial back the near-real-time updating feature than it has been to make it happen in the first place?”I too have a team member who dreads collaboration on Miro because they experience vertigo when following someone. SO as a coach, I have a lot of professional Miro templates used in product development with teams. I would like to submit them, but also earn a fee from them, given the amount of work that went into them.

I’m trying to update a shape with a line breakshape_content = "This is a shape with\na line break."data = { "data": { "content": shape_content } }but Miro doesn’t give me a line break. I can manually do it just by hitting enter.  Can anybody help me with this?

I’d like to use wordwall directly on the board but when I add iframe code it isn’t supported in Miro. I’d like to see how my students do activies directly on the board using wordwall or similar apps via sharing my screen on Skype.How can I see them open and do activities using Wordwall in real time?

My team is now thinking of buying Miro subscription, but there’s a few questions that we can’t find an answer to. Could you please help us?Is there a possibility to import Mindmeister mindmaps into Miro? We need editor’s access to mindmaps for <10 people, and unlimited sharing of maps for viewing it with our students (500+ people). Is it possible with the subscription for 10 people in the team? Which subscription type should it be? About the students, which are “visitors” to our maps. How many maps will they be able to open (view mode) without registration in Miro? A board owner has deleted the board, but I (the admin) still see it in my board list. How to delete it

Hello. Help!Our team, including myself, have noticed the cmd+C and cmd+V function has stopped working in Text Boxes - copying and pasting text within a text box.It is having serious implications on our ability to use Miro and holding up our project work. I have tried clearing the cache [Chrome] and logging out and in as suggested in other threads.It hasn’t worked. Is anyone aware of a bug? Can anyone advise? I would be so grateful for any ideas/suggestions  Thank you! 

Often times when we put a presentation together we need to generate iterations of images after rounds and rounds of edit, and we only want to replace the specific image we modified and not anything else on the board. It seems if we have custom cropped the image, every time we replace the new image would be in a different scale, and the cropping would be different, is there a way to achieve that in Miro instead going to InDesign just for this? 

Hi Team,We are trying to differentiate cards on the frame by the color ( Epic : Red , Story: Blue, ...)  and using REST Api we are not able to see the color information. May i know if i’m missing something or is there any workaround.As there is no API to get jira_card , we thought of using color to differentiate the card types by color. Hi all.My case is - we render complex diagram with 1600 objects one the same board and other employees have read access. The board should be updated in some interval - every hour, for example.My first issue - posting. I post all those 1k+ object one by one which is slow and not efficient from CPU POV for both sides - miro and my app side.  Maybe miro developers can provide batch endpoint to accept list of objects?Next issue - recreating diagram, I can’t push only changes to the board, because logic would be super complex, because I’ll have to recalculate size of all elements, so it’s much easier for me to delete all and post everything again. My question is - How do I clean up the board with API? There is no such api right? I have to fetch all items by GET https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/itemsand then delete them ONE BY ONE withDELETE https://api.miro.com/v2/boards/{board_id}/items/{item_id}Is that correct? Showing a last modifed date in the list view of baords would go a long way to help admin move or archive boards or projects.

I have right access to a board but there are times I want to go in with just read-only so I don’t change it. How do I toggle my access mode.

I am using the REST API to retrieve all app cards with a certain tag. I first retrieve the tags using the method Get tags from board which retrieves my tags with their IDs. I get all the tags properly. Now when using the endpoint Get items by tag I enter the board id and the tag id. For certain tags I created I get all the items. But for some tags I just get the following response:{ "type": "error", "code": "3.0201", "context": { "boardId": { "value": "MY BOARD ID" //Of course this is not an actual board id } }, "message": "Item not found", "status": 404}Has someone experienced similar issues? Yesterday the request worked for some tags it doesn´t work for today. How on earth does it work on some tags on that exact same board and on some it doesn´t?
