Hi! I use a board together with my student. I don’t experience any problems, but she gets knocked out of the board every few minutes. I see her as ‘absent’ and then she sees a blank screen as if everything is reloading. How can we fix that? 

What troubleshooting has been done to eliminate the student’s

  • Computer - browser/extensions, firewall software, VPN, OS
  • Network - Wi-Fi/Internet connection/again, VPN/etc.?

Are they able to try from another computer/Internet connection?
