The button to add an emoji in a board does nothing in Firefox, neither can you see emojis added by others.Tested on Firefox/124.0, Ubuntu 22.04 LTS. Official Canonical binary, verified in two laptops with two different accounts.Please don’t just test stuff in Chrome 😦

Hi everyone,I'm trying to embed a Power BI visual into Miro, but I want to resize the visual to fit my needs without embedding the entire report. Is there a way to edit the iFrame embed link to accomplish this?I would be grateful for any advice or guidance on how to customize the iFrame embed links for Power BI visuals in Miro.

Hello,I'm using Miro for the first time to create an Architecture Diagram. Usually I use Draw.ioSo, I'm using the Diagramming Shapes, select the AWS shapes.Then I add an AWS Group, any group, now when I try to add some other shapes that isn't an AWS, it doesn't work, I drag the shape to the group and then it isn't added.And the templates related to AWS created by Miro, aren't using the appropriate shapes. It's combine wireframe and others, but isn't using the ones provided by the diagramming.https://miro.com/app/dashboard/?tpTemplate=aws-architecture-diagram&isCustom=false&share_link_id=572851482328This is what I get in the developer tools. 

I have checked and Miro Assist is enabled as per the guidelines but when try to access in a board it is not available. Anyone any ideas on why this would be the case ? Thanks John

Hi, not sure if anyone else has run into this but I keep getting this error on my Educator Plan when I try and use Miro Assist. Happens on different boards with different content … same error ? Below is an example of the errors and and example of the selection of cards that I was asking it to summarise etc ? Also I notice that the group by tag feature doesnt show for cards ? Anyone else found that ? I have Miro Assist at work on the business plan and havent notice any of these issues on that ? If anyone has any advice that would be great ! 

Some of my students has created a board which doesn´t enter to my free account. So I have lost editing rights in my principal board which I use with a lot of different groups. I can´t delete any of the boards I have, except for the main one, which I really need. I need the support group to help me to delete the unneeded boards and let me work free of charge as I did before. I really can´t go for the upgraded version. Thank you!

I've developed a small miro web-plugin.Anonymous guests should be able to use this app on my board.Is there any way I can do this? I have not found any information on this. Thanks very much, Thorsten Diekhof

Hey guys,  I have a few questions I can’t find answers to in the Help Section. I’ve included an explanatory Loom for visual-aid  How to animate a particular flow within a workflow during Editing and/or a Presentation? Failing the ability to Animate, how to highlight/show 1 or a few selected flows within a workflow and hide/unhighlight the others to make it clearer when editing/presenting? How to set the width of all lines between shapes to the same width? like ‘set shape width’ or something How to set the height of all lines between shapes to the same height? like ‘set shape width’ or something How to Toggle (Show/Hide) Sub-layers/levels of shapes within Parent Shapes during Editing and during Presenting?

Hi all I am preparing for a workshop in the free mode, and am trying to switch to presenter mode to lead participants through the frames. But it is isn’t working. Is this a premium feature? How might I fix it? Thanks HB

Hey Guys,Struggling to find a simple line - no connectors or anything like that. Something that acts in the same way as a shape so it aligns to other objects etc without constantly trying to snap to things.Does this exist?Thanks

I have several miro boards. Since this afternoon, all boards that contain a planner (connected to jira) doe not load anymore.Anyone else experiencing this? How can I solve this?

I'm on a mac and when I copy/paste (CMD C / CMD V) the object I've copied appears and immediately disappears when I paste it. Any solutions? Thanks!

Good afternoon, I was making a board today and suddenly I saw that I was in some kind of team (I probably was for a long time, I don't remember anyone there anymore). I left the team and now this team has access to my new board. I do not know these people, I do not understand where to write, please help me, I am crying

I cant use miro with zoom app togeter. Because miro uses GPU at 50% load and my zoom (web-verson) start to lost sound. After 60 mins - sound turns to unusable condition. I cant understand others speakers. I whant ways to limit miro GPU/CPU usage. I have fresh Dell notebook with  i5-8365U CPU.

Hello, I am working in a team where others have uploaded 100’s of URL links for product images in the Miro board. Is it possible to export all the details about the images including the URL’s to .csv or Excel? I understand how to export to .csv in general but the details are missing from the csv and excel files. Thanks in advance for your help. Michelle

Why do tables become uneditable all of a sudden? It’s deeply frustrating. 

I am just wondering if any of you in the community are Insights Discovery practitioners?  I would love to connect with you and exchange on best practices and Miro boards that you have built for Insights Workshops that you deliver virtually? I just started my Miro account as a result of using it to develop a hybrid team charter for a client.  I then used it with a Team Effectiveness Workshop and a Leadership effectiveness workshop.  I built a few boards to replicate the in-room face to face activities that we would do in a workshop.  I would love to compare notes with other practitioners of the Insights system to compare notes.  Maybe there are others who are facilitating similar types of systems who might have example boards and approaches that you want to share too.   I know that Insights Training and Learning use a Miro board for the accreditation.  I will also be connecting with someone internally for how they are bringing the normal in room/in person activities to life in the virtu

Since recently, the colours of the standard template have been changed. This is fine, but when you use the + symbol to add an activity, task or story. Still the old colors are used. Actually, I thought the previous colours were better because the user stories are still grey and this allows you to highlight them later on giving your own meaning. Anyway. please pick either one of the colour schemes!

Over time some boards can become huge, especially on long-term projects. Am concerned the page becoming slower to load. I’m curious, if content is offscreen (away from the starting point) is that content ONLY loaded in if the user moves over to that area? In the past I’ve created a new ‘archive’ page for the subject and thrown everything into that page and linked to it via the original page. I’m actually wondering if this is redundant and I should just be moving the content over, far away from the starting point? Perhaps with a link to move to that section in the starting area? Thoughts?

Hi team, we are planning to turn on auto deactivation for free guests accounts (feature link), When I'm ran the guest list and found there are "Last log-in"&"Last activity" day. And quite a lot of the guests logged in within 30 days but their last activity date is above 30. Will those guests be deactivated if I turned this on? How can I select multiple sticky notes, and resize them to the same size? Without having to do it to each individual sticky?

Hi! I’ve read the information that Miro supports Ukrainians, so I’m writing to know if it’s relevant or not. I’m a teacher in Ukraine working on my own using free boards as the main workspace. I know that Miro has supported Ukraine and I heard that Ukrainians can get their plans upgraded, in particular, accounts using the free one – at least until August 2022.Could someone please tell me what is needed to upgrade the plan – e.g to the Team plan?I would be extremely grateful for your answer.
