Jira ticket import

Hello,
I am working for a customer which has its own jira instance and it’s not possible to connect jira to miro and simply use the ‘jira cards’ feature of miro. So I copied and pasted manually some jira tickets to excel and then pasted as data to miro (with the nice features of choosing ‘paste as sticky notes’).
As this is a hugh manual effort, maybe somebody knows a workaround which is much faster with less effort? I would be very happy of any hint :)
