Anyone else having issues with text box with several indented bullets being automatically formatted with new lines causing the bullets to be spaced out? When I click into the text box it will “fix” itself until I click out of the text box. This seems to be a recent issue for me. Unsure yet if its a new “bug” or something else. 

In miro board, I want to embed excel in a way that the snapshop preview is visible in board and on click of anywhere of that snapshot it should take to the original location of the excel file. The excel file is saved in sharepoint of my company.  I kind of tried it once with one test file and it looks something as attached. But now i cant remember what I did in first place to get it. On click of object this toolbar appears but I dont know what I did in first place. I can see nice preview of excel file.   After retrying multiple options like embed url, or url the link is enabled on right corner (which is what I dont want). I want to click anywhere on the excel preview and then it should take to original file.

Just wondering if anyone has found any nice workarounds for this, as we’re hoping we’re not the only once who have tried this!Background: We’ve been using a hybrid setup for our software development teams for a few years: Miro for visualising our kanban boards and status of work items, and Jira to hold the details for each user story/task as it’s developed. We use the Jira Cards feature to create Jira cards from Miro. This gives us the benefits of Miro’s flexibility and Jira’s integration with developer tools. We’re using simple Miro tables to design our boards rather than the specific Kanban or Planner tools right now because it’s given us the most flexibility when desigining boards.Problem: Data! We have no way of automatically collecting data for metrics because the Miro board tells us the status of a card from its position in the table/board, not the Jira status field, so Miro is effectively just a picture on a screen and not data-driven. That means we’re blind to when work started

Hey, I’m looking for a way to auto create a miro board from teamlpte. did any one use zapier for this or any other automation system?after generating that miro board can I send a link of that board to an email or to my email?  how can it be done? thanks 

Hi all - I’ve got a templated board that I’m using for my “digital workbook” for a course I’m about to launch.  When students enrol through Kajabi, they’ll be given access to the course etc, and zapier will do a bunch of automations.  Was wondering whether anyone knows if I can have a new board created automatically for the student (would be a blank board with a template assigned) using zapier or any other third party workflow automation tool?

Can someone please help? A colleague set up a board as admin. They have since done no work on it but I have. He has now left the company but is obviously still listed as the admin on the board. Is it possible to export the board and set myself as admin? I need to remove him from the team. I do not want to see my hard work go to waste but at the same time do not want him to delete it, which I suspect he might. Thank you. 

Since the last update everything is snapping into the grid. Anyone else having the problem?

Hello I would like to create a chart/graph with 3 main bubbles and then once someone clicks on one of the bubbles, that certain bubbles expands into a new bubble that shows more information, then if they click that bubble with the information, it then expands into another bubble and so on. Is there anybody that can recommend a way for me to get this done quickly?  Thank you very much :) 

It appears with the latest update that when I go to export an entire frame, the title of the frame that I provided is no longer included in the exported file name. Can we bring this back?? Was really helpful...when i needed to rename, i at least had the basis of what i was starting from.

I am currently a member within a team in the free Miro plan. I will need to create more than 3 boards which exceeds the amount allowed in the free plan so will upgrade to the starter plan with a single membership.  I plan to use the same email in the upgraded plan.The starter plan has additional steps that must be taken to reduce the number of members from the minimum 3 to 1. I am not the team admin so cannot delete the other members.What steps can be taken to purchase a single membership AND not lose my previously created boards?

Hello Miro community, I have an issue since beginning of the week, I use to export data from my Kanban card into CSV file. It work pretty well but now when I’m doing the extract it does not contain the date and owner of the card. Card owner info has been replaced by a huge sequence of number not convertible to text. And the date information has just completely disapeared. Is it coming from a recent update ? does anybody have the same problem ? Thank you for your help.

Description: When I double click a shape to edit the text it moves another shape instead. This bug makes Miro almost unusable.Browser - MS EdgeScenario:Three basic rectangle shapes overlap each other all having text content. - Img 1Img 1When double clicking the smallest rectangle is moves another rectangle instead. - Img 2Img 2This continues until all somehow “linked” shapes are moved before the text of that shape can be edited. Workaround: It works to edit the text or the shape itself when doing the following:Select the shape Scroll one iteration with the mouse wheel. Direction does not matter - Now the shape can be edited.

Hello!This forum has been super helpful in the past so I’m asking for help with another query!I was wondering this there is a way 1. to duplicate frames on a board so they appear next to the frame that has been duplicated instead of being added to the end of the frames and 2. if there’s a way I can rearrange the actual order of the frames instead of just reorganising the order in the sidebar?An activity we run during virtual sessions requires us to work on frames next to each other and I can’t see a simple way of addressing the questions I’ve raised.Any help would be much appreciated!ThanksCourtney

When you drag objects too close to each other they dynamically link without you wanting them to be grouped.   How do you unlink them so you can edit diagrams?  This is recent feature that is super annoying and I haven’t figured out how to resolve.

I have been using the tab key to navigate to the next cell in a table (or to create another row at the end of a table) and that was working perfectly, but suddenly it stopped working. Now, if my cursor is in a cell, if I press tab, it starts moving through the menu options on the left side of the screen instead of just navigating to the next cell in the table. The arrow keys don’t work either. I have tried looking it up and I’ve tried everything I can think of to make this work and I can not get the tab key to navigate me from cell to cell anymore. This makes the table feature nearly unusable because you have to manually use your mouse to navigate to the next cell, and that’s not realistic. Is there some setting that I accidentally turned off that stopped the tab key from navigating within the table?

Dear Sir and Madam,I would like to be of assistance. Because this problem is getting worse and worse, I have reacted to miro many times, but it is not getting better, it's getting worse. I didn't even get a reply.Two months ago, my miro started to show a strange behavior of deleting text by itself, and a month ago, the screen suddenly zoomed in and out. And today all the important research pages of one of my master's programs were deleted. It would be great if you can help me to recover it. Hello everyone!Recently I had to switch to the Free plan and I started to have only 3 active boards (most recently created). But as I deleted some of the active boards to get access to inactive, I couldn’t manage to do so, for some reason I only decreased the amount of active boards.. So I only have one active board now 😥. Do you know how can I fix that?

There is an issue in Miro’s comment feature where using the Japanese IME (Input Method Editor) causes the comment to be submitted when pressing the Enter key to confirm a conversion candidate. The problem can be reproduced with the following steps: 1. Click on the comment input field.2. Use the Japanese IME to input Japanese text.3. The conversion candidates will appear during input.4. Press the Enter key to confirm the conversion candidate.5. The comment is automatically submitted, even though it is incomplete. This issue causes unintended comment submissions while typing in Japanese, resulting in the need to edit the comments frequently. It appears that this problem is not only affecting me but also others around me.
