Hi Miro Team !We have trouble to get email alert in these days.we could get email alert mssg like attached screenshot if invited members are tagging our team before.However, in these days, even if there is a newly added comments or mentioning, we don't get a notification. The smartphone application keep sending an alert without a problem, so could you please help to solve this issue?  

Hi All, I have created a product timeline in Miro. The tasks that come with the timeline are shown below:  The timeline functionality works great but I am trying to find a way to convert these task into ‘Card Tasks’ so I can add more information (example shown below).  I would really appreciate if someone could confirm if this is possible and if so what steps are needed to do so. Thanks,Justin 

Can we export the board (with Gif image in the frame) to PDF, so people can show the PDF presentation with Gif (perhaps as the auto play annimation) in the page, especially for some product animation / demo etc...  ?

Hi - I’ve been encountering a few problems over the past couple of months after two pretty much seamless years on Miro.  The most recent one is to do with uploading documents. I regularly upload documents (mostly PDFs) onto boards and then extract all the pages to make annotation easier. Recently I have noticed that the upload is taking a VERY long time (so long that I often end up uploading it twice as I assume it hasn’t worked). When the upload is finished and I extract the pages, each page is in fact a duplicate of the whole document. So if I upload an 8 page document, I will end up with 9 copies on the board, each turned to a different page. Has something changed? This never used to happen and I think it is slowing down my boards enormously.Thanks in advance for any guidance.

How can I do to contact the miro’s team support, my boss created an account and we paid one year for 7 users, we was settings our account and we missed our premium accounts.  we really need to resolve this problem, can anybody help us ?  

Hi!I love Miro as a work tool.However, I encountered the lack of integration between Apple Pen functionality and the Miro Board.While using the Apple Pen as a mouse works fine, all functions hidden behind a double click or squeeze don’t work. Maybe you know how to enable: Apple Pen toolbox, so that I can switch between the pen and eraser without using the side panel in the Miro Board. How to make double-tap and squeeze functionality on the Apple Pen work in Miro.Thank you!

Every time i go on any miro-site page, i have to go through the form where i should enter the name of my team, kind of work we do and something else. I have entered that millions of times but still it asks to do so. It started some time ago, i don't remeber when but it is highly irritating and I beg you to do something. i couldn't find any contact for support contact so i have to write here

Hi there, starting to use the timeline feature. When I import a Miro Card in the Timeline it uses the dates in the card to plot the bar. When I afterwards change the dates on the timeline bar the dates in the miro card are not beeing updated. Can we expect soon an update here where the dates between Miro Card and timeline bar are synchronised?CheersMirko

Hey,I just updated the miro and after that the XD button was missing and now if I have this, this dosen't do anything. So I cant import Adobe XD link to miro. What should I do? I have restarted the computer, log out/in etc. Thanks,Triin

Hi, I wonder if you can help. When we delete members who no longer work for us it states ‘member deleted’ but they keep re-appearing in the members list. Any idea what we are doing wrong? Many thanks 

Been using Miro for a while now and today when I was entering my account, opening the board like usual, the content inside disappeared, like I lost where it was located. I absolutely did not delete the frames inside board, i have tried to find them “walking around” the board with the mouse, changing the zoom number. Nothing. What could have happened?

Hi, I want to move a board from one team to another team. I was able to do this until the recent UI update. Now I find only the menu item “.. Board → Move to → Other Space”. No “Other Team”. My colleague has the menu option “Other Team” at the exact same place in the menu. What has happened to my “move to other team” function?

Is it possible to export boards created in Miro to Microsoft PowerPoint (PPTX)?

I have a bunch of pre-existing sticky notes, and now I’m trying to create the connecting lines between them.Here’s a screenshot showing the outcome I’m looking for, and as you can see, most of the line text has the same value:How do I achieve this outcome without a bunch of clicks or keystrokes? I currently do one of these two things:I can copy and paste an existing line, but it takes a lot of clicks to attach both ends to the correct stickies. I can start by connecting a new line between the stickies, but it takes a lot of clicks and keystrokes to find, select, copy, and paste the line text from the previous line to the new line.Is there a more efficient way of doing this so that I don't have to type and click as much?Thanks!

Dear fellow members 🙂I am wondering a bit. When I write a prompt in the AI chat in MIRO, it get the answers allways on post-its.Example:“Please write the main features of agility” The chat delivers a  perfect answer (I’m an agile coach 😎) but when I have mutiple frames, which I mark all together, the chat will create post-its on the fly, beside the post-its.No need so tasy, that I have tried to cange this, by adjusting my prompts. I always try to find a solution. But in this case, I’m a bit lost.Can somebody helpt me and/or gie me an explanation? I am trying to summarized interview responses for a project I am working on. They are in a table format but whenever I go to use Miro AI features it only talks about tables but not the content in them. It doesn’t seem to be taking into context the content of the table but only that it is a table.  Thanks for the help!

I greatly appreciate the platform, especially for its ability to allow me to write equations and draw diagrams in real-time.However, I recently encountered a significant issue: I am currently unable to write on the board and can only type.  Currently I have to click the marked arrow to go to the linked item. But is there a shortcut on miro to go to linked item from an object? 

Hi, I’ve been using Miro for graphic representation of number of ideas concerning single topic. While it’s super easy to create multiple graphs on one board and navigate between them using frames, it’s crucial to my workflow to be able to embed those graphs as separate, self-updating objects. Embed links seem to work fine, but they address whole board - not a particular graph. Is it possible (or is it a planned feature) to separately embed single frames? Thanks! mwojc

Hi All!Since this day the Mini-Map feature is missing on my Boards. According to the Chat-Bot it may be a Bug. As it is an important feature I often use, Has anyone else come across the same problem?

Recently, the thumbnail of my board was deleted.
