A person I am working with can’t unlock objects on my board - hoping someone can tell me why/what to change!I have a paid Miro Starter account for 1 memberThe board is created in my TeamI have added her to my TeamThe board’s share settings are set to “anyone with link can edit”She logs in using her email and shows as an editor on the board.She can move objects, but not unlockAny advice please!

I have two boards. I need a feature whereby changes made on the first board are automatically reflected on the second board. In other words, the two boards need to be synced. Is this possible?

Is there any limit on the number of comments per hour we can post in a project? Our team is planning to work on a project, and we would like to know this.

I have a flow across 4 swimlane rowsWhen I try to resize a swimlane it pulls down some of the objects in other swimlanes, not all objects and not always connected and i’m unsure how these objects are linked to prevent them moving.Does anyone know why these objects might be linked?

I recently had my Miro admin enable the Azure Cards app so I could install it. I installed it into one of the Miro teams in our corporate Miro account. Now I am trying to configure the app to connect to an Azure DevOps organization. However, I am seeing several strange behaviors.After installing the app, I see a screen asking me to connect my Microsoft account. I originally tried this and it seemed to work; however, after connecting, the second blue Connect button that connects to a particular ADO org remained disabled. I had a screen sharing session with my Miro admin. He was apparently able to connect his account, then connect the ADO org as expected. Hello all,I mishandled something and now I have to select the text then to put it in black font for it to be seen. Otherwise after typing it’s transparent in the box, though the box doesn’t write “Type text”, making it clear there is something written, but unseen. This happened even in a new mindmap, and with new boxes. Can I please have help to fix this issue ? I may have just used a shortcut I can’t find back & can’t undo.Yours.

Hello! Sparx Enterprise Architect is not a common tool, but it is used by my employer, and I’ve created several activity diagrams from use case steps. I found how to export an activity diagram to XML, but I don’t see any instructions on how to import the XML into Miro to generate an activity diagram with the same step descriptions. Any suggestions? Sara

Hello AllI searched but didn’t see a recent topic on this. I have the business plan, and I’ve created a few boards. I invited a developer i’m working with as a Guest with Edit privileges. He can see the changes I make to the board - however - if he makes changes (i.e. changes text on a wireframe) or adds a sticky note with a question, I cannot see them. When he refreshes his browser, his changes disappear on his end.  What am I missing here? ThanksMichael

Hello! My teams do their primary project work on a Miro board on a daily basis for a couple months straight. This makes our boards quite large and it can be hard to for some to quickly find what we are currently working on. We use the ‘Follow’ feature to find someone already working in the board but wondering if anyone has any ways to Pin or shortcut specific areas of the board to make it quicker to navigate to them.

Our company uses Microsoft Teams as our primary form of communication, so the Miro integration chat within Microsoft Teams has been super useful.  When you clicked the link in Microsoft Teams, it used to automatically open the board and drop your cursor over the relevant message.  However, for the past few months that feature has been broken, and now everyone just gets a popup that says “Sorry, the linked item has been deleted from this board” (even though the comment bubble has not been deleted).  There is a way to find the comment again via the Comments sidebar, but it is roundabout and annoying to do so.  Does anyone know a way to get the Microsoft Teams integration working again? The Miro integration in Microsoft Teams.  Normally you could follow this link and get redirected to the correstponding Comment bubble.

Hi - I have a very large board that I want to print out but the custome frame option results in text that’s too small to read when printed out, despite being a vector pdf. I can use the A4 frame template to export a section of the board and that is legible when printed, but how can I create a larger frame - A2 would be great. Thanks

I accidentally deleted my page, meaning I can't even see my profile with boards and named another person as the new owner.Like I handed over my page to a participant. How can I get everything back?

HELP !!!!!WHAT I DID: On the MAC there is a folder called Realtimeboard, I deleted all files as indicated in the Miro instructions.BACK GROUND TO THE PROBLEM: I was having problems on Mac Miro App, that boards were not loading and not able to duplicate boards to the right, as the three dot menu was deactivated. And the screen would show “Try reloading page” or something like that. Online was similar. In this one board (See pic) i seem to have lost my attention management controls.  I cannot see my avatar, the reactions button or the hide collaborator’s cursors button.  Can someone tell me how to get these back.  I ma running a series of workshops in this board and really need to be able to bring people to me... I am the owner and creator of the board, and it is the only board in my account where this is happening.  Ive rebooted MIRO and my computer multiple times and it is still happening. Appreciate any guidance anyone can offer!  THANKS!  

Hi there!I’m not sure how to properly call what I’m trying to achieve and by searching for Pop Out, I only found a 3 year old post. Anyway, here goes: I’m trying to create a storyboard / timeline for a game I’m working on with some friends. We have several points along the timeline where significant events happen. We’d like to be able to put a brief headline for each event and if somebody wants to find out more, they can click on the text to open a bigger text box of some sort that details whatever happened.  For example:If I click on “The Prominence”, the box becomes bigger or a secondary text box rolls out and contains the information. “The Prominence refers to a time, during which society had reached its pinnacle. I want to delete my account and account data and this should be possible on the account settings page.Log in with my account details is possible, but the settings page is a full clear screen.The page doen't show any entries, data or navigation.How can I delete my account?
