Miro’s Estimation app does not work with imported Rally cards. Are there any plans to address this issue? It would be sweet if Estimation worked similarly with Rally cards as it does with Jira cards.
Hi
Thanks for bringing this up. Just to get a better sense of the issue, could you share a bit more about what happens when you try to use the Estimation app with Rally cards? For example, are there any specific error messages, or do the cards not show up in the app at all?
If you could let us know the steps you’re taking by sharing a short video demonstrating this and any details about your setup (like browser or app version), that’ll help me try to replicate the issue on my end to see if we can find a workaround. Appreciate your patience while we look into this!
From the image above, you can see the cards are not recognized by the Estimation App. If you need a video etc., happy to provide that. I get the same result in in Chrome or Edge.
- Chrome Version 130.0.6723.70 (Official Build) (32-bit) and
- Edge Version 130.0.2849.56 (Official build) (64-bit)
Hi
Thanks for confirming the browser versions and providing a screenshot. Currently, Miro’s Estimation app is designed to support estimation sessions using cards, sticky notes, and specifically Jira cards on the board. Rally cards are not yet natively supported in the app.
If you wish more objects to be supported by the Estimation app, kindly share your use case by submitting a wishlist post. Thank you for your patience and for sharing this suggestion—every bit of feedback helps us improve the platform!
Thanks for the feedback.
