Hi,
We have new offshore team members that are trying to sign up for Miro. They are not receiving the 6 digit confirmation code. Is there anything that can be done to help facilitate this?

There are a few factors that could impact the delivery of confirmation codes, such as the user’s email domain blocking Miro’s emails or the messages ending up in spam or junk folders. However, the quickest way to resolve this is to contact Miro support directly. I’d recommend having your team members reach out to support, as they can investigate and assist further to ensure the codes are received.
