Is there a way to transpose objects? I haven’t found any.
Currently, I’m using a workaround - cluster objects and then re-arrange these.

Hi @Alex e8

Thanks for reaching out!

Great question about transposing objects. Just to clarify, are you looking to flip objects horizontally/vertically, or do you mean swapping the layout or position of different elements in a group?

Also, it sounds like you’re using clustering as a workaround—could you share a bit more about how you’re arranging things now? Kindly share a short video demonstrating this. That might help us suggest some options or a feature workaround that could make this easier. 😊

Hi @Eca
here is the link to the video. It illustrates a general idea of the workaround.

Hi @Alex e8

Thanks for sharing the video! That really helps clarify what you're aiming for.

If my understanding is correct, it sounds like you're looking to automatically switch the arrangement of objects from a vertical to a horizontal layout (or vice versa) without changing their sequence or manually repositioning each one. Currently, Miro doesn’t have a direct feature for automatically transposing object layouts this way.

However, you can absolutely add this idea to our Wish List so it can be reviewed by our team for potential future implementation. We’re always looking for user feedback to improve the platform, and suggestions like yours are valuable in guiding those updates!
