So, everything was all right for a while, but at one moment I noticed that boards just became not as smooth as before. To add to that some elements started rendering in lower quality.For example here is a mind map root before: And here is now: Interestingly enough, when I create a new board in new tab via miro.new and add a new element - it seems to be working fine and if I go to my other board using the same browser tab it all works fine, but as soon as I open board in separate tab - it gets laggy and “edgy”. Even completely empty board. Tested on Chrome and Brave browsers. Issue also occurs in Windows app.No issue on iPad app though.Anyone has any ideas how to fix that? :) I already tried: cleaning all cookies, cleaning application storage in browser, resetting and reinstalling windows app. No luck so far.

I am trying to use the Sticky Capture and it keeps coming up with a server error and tells me to report the bug. I. have tried the feature in Safari,  Chrome,  and the mobile app and keep getting the same message.  I have tried. uploading different images, and. the same thing. I can put the images into the board, but Sticky Capture won’t upload them. Any thoughts?

I don't know if anyone has experienced this, but I'm having problems with my team's user page. Every time I open it, I get a warning that something has gone wrong and it stays in a loading state forever. I can't see the users or manage them.I also had a hard time figuring out if this was the best place to ask about it. If not, I apologize and ask for guidance on how to address my problem. Thank you!

I have an educator account. I need to add users and message say full?  But Dashboard indicates only 9 users.  Perhaps my account may have been reset to 10?I tried to manage Team users (100 seats) but cannot see the users list. A message "Sorry, something went wrong" apperears.  I was able to see the full team roster two weeks ago. Has anyone been successful getting intouch with Mirro support to resest educator account?Thank you in advance.

Having a specific bug in which a gif reliably works when left at or returned to its native imported size but becomes non-functional when resized to below a certain threshold. I’m talking about maybe a 20% reduction in size (at which point the gif will no longer play). Settings for “reduce motion” don’t solve this issue and it’s replicable after a hard page reload.

I love being able to copy a frame as an image, and I use this frequently. But for some reason the size of each copied image is different - seemingly random. Which is quite frustrating.It seems it depends on the height of the frame, but I don’t really know why this would be - I feel if the width is the same in Miro, the width should be the same in the copied image.Example: thanks,dustin

I can copy only text on my board, without pictures or frames why?

I am trying to copy some frames and other objects from one miro board to the other.  I am using Mac and use the Command C and Command V for copy/paste operations.When I paste the objects in the new MIRO board, momentarily the objects appear as though they are pasted, then it disappears immediately no where to be seen. I tried it couple of times with single object, multiple object, frames, texts, etc. The behaviour is the same.  has anyone experienced this? appreciate any suggestion.

No other way to explain it, it just disappears immediately after pasting. Trying to create additional cards with the same size and dimensions

Hi everyone,I have several Miro boards, of which one is quite large (>2000 elements, many images).Recently, I've noticed that all my boards, including the smaller ones, are loading significantly slower than before. Is this expected behavior?Thanks for your support,Tom

Hi,I am trying to make frames in miro that export as an 11x17 sized PDF. Has anyone been able to create dimensions for frames that export to inches/ traditional paper sizes? Ive tried multiple methods but keep on getting an export thats around 8x6”. Any advice or files/ templates you have successfully done this in would be greatly appreciated, thanks :)

Hello, I’ve been using Miro for just a few weeks (love it so far)(mostly) and I have discovered an inconvenient behavior.  I group certain items so that is is easier to move them around/duplicate etc.  I also lock them so that when others are interacting with the board, they don’t get inadvertently moved or deleted.I have discovered that when I unlock these items, it also ungroups them.  Is there a way to keep items grouped when I unlock them?

I’m having trouble accessing my Miro boards in Chrome; they only show a gray screen and don’t load no matter how many times I refresh. I’ve tried using Incognito mode, where it works fine, but the boards won’t load in my regular browsing tabs.Here’s what I’ve tried so far:Clearing cache and cookies Updating Chrome to the latest version Uninstalling and reinstalling ChromeIs there anything else I should try to resolve this issue? Hi I have suddenly started facing issue with my digital pen, pointers shape doesn't change whenever I select some option, like after selecting pen it doesn't turn into the pen shape, but It works fine with mousepls suggest some resolution for itkind Regards

This has now happened a couple times and this time I have a looming client meeting where I NEED to use the Miro board. Has this happened to others. How can it be fixed? Won’t open on any browser and running workshops is my business. So if I can’t rely on the site, I can’t use it no matter how much i love it

Hi!After the latest changes to the miro interface, the menu with tools for drawing lines and arrows no longer appears.I can still use them using the L key, but an error message appears that says: this tool is unavailable on this board.I think that this is an bug.Also, the additional menu available when the pen tool is activated cannot be made to disappear to have more screen space.Before the update this was possible. I encounter these problems both with old boards and with a newly created one.

Hi there, I’ve added a talk track to one of my templates in Miroverse. It has recorded and the button is there to play it when i open the template, but when i hover above it it says “unable to play talk track in this template”. Does anyone know why this might be?

I recently installed the Miro app for Mac, but it doesn’t load! All I see is a webpage promoting Canvas ‘24. I even registered for the event in hope that this will go away. Yet, nothing has changed!Reinstalling the app doesn’t change the issue either! Do you have any idea about how to get rid of this? It’s really frustrating that I cannot use the app and I am forced to access Miro in the browser!Here’s an image of what I see:Miro app stuck on Canvas 24 promo 

I did a school work on Miro free, but in the free plan I could not download a quality PDF, so I decided to pay for 1 month of Miro to be able to download my work, and I would cancel after paying to not continue paying for more months. But an error ocurred and I was charged THE WHOLE YEAR.I am a student, and I do not have the money to pay for Miro, without that money I won't be able to get groceries or eat or pay my other bills! I really need my money back, get the 11 months left of money back.But if I cancel my subscription there are no refunds, what can I do?Would it be a possibility for me to give my account/licence to someone else and have they pay me?Please I´m distressed

Hi All,I have an educational account and it seems since this morning when I export a frame to PDF the links in the document no longer work.  You can click the link but it comes up with ‘Page not Found’, but the links work fine within the Miro board.  It seems its only when I export the Frame that they become broken.Is there something I am missing?

I'm getting an awkward behavior when deleting nodes in a mindmap.  The nodes are deleted but some branches still remain. To remove this garbage branches I have to delete the entire frame.
