These people were automatically added without my authorization, because it makes no sense for them to have full access. There is no way I would have granted them that permission, and now they are charging me 2000 dollars. This is a damn robbery that they are doing to my account.

They still haven't helped me, they haven't given me support to resolve this and they don't charge me all that money for that mistake that happened, please help.
