Hi, 

I tried the free version on my phone and have gone to put it on my laptop (because i think it’s a great product) but it doesn’t download. Any tips please?

Also Can i use it on multiple devices for example my windows laptop, my ipad and my phone so I can make notes and work wherever I happen to be or can I only sign in on one device?

    • Make sure you’re downloading the app from Miro’s official download page to get the correct version for your device.
    • If the download isn’t starting or completing, try the following:
      • Check that your operating system is up to date.
      • Temporarily disable any antivirus software that might be blocking the download.
      • Restart your laptop and try downloading again.

  2. Using Miro on Multiple Devices:

    • Yes, Miro supports multiple devices! You can sign in on your Windows laptop, iPad, and phone using the same profile, which will let you access your boards and notes seamlessly across all devices.
