I’ve got a Starter Plan. When a user as a viewer with editor’s rights visits my board, for some of them Pen disappears every time they have to join a board so they have to add it from the list. For most of them Pen is already attached to the toolbar so they don’t have to look for it. However for some even pinning doesn’t help, it still disappears. Different boards, same rights and settings. How to fix it?

- Are the users experiencing this issue all accessing the board from the same type of device (e.g., desktop vs. tablet) and browser?
- Have they tried clearing their cache or using a different browser to see if the toolbar behavior changes?
- When they re-pin the Pen tool, does it stay visible for the entire session, or does it disappear mid-session?

Sorry it took me a while to get information you needed.
So they use all different devices: PC, laptops, tablets. And they tried different browsers and even using Miro program on laptop doesn’t help. When they re-pin it stays visible throughout the whole session.
I personally tested it and I have the same issue. So when I used Mozilla incognito and Google chrome without logging into my account (for Miro only) I also couldn’t pin the pen. It only works for a session while the tab is open. It also doesn’t matter if the person is logged into his/her account (so I can see the name) or just a “Visitor”, the problem is the same.
