I have several Miro boards, but since I was put into a team in my workplace, I can only see the boards on that team. I became editor instead of owner on all my other boards, and I can only reach them through a link that I sent the group. I cannot see them on my owner page. How do I become owner again of all my other boards?>  

Is this a joke?Of course I want my data and I’m waiting to be contacted by the support team with instructions on how to do it, while finding a Miro alternative…This is not a way to deal with such an important matter.

Mouse wheel randomly switches between zoom and scroll functions while working on Miro board. This inconsistent behavior occurs during regular use, making it difficult to maintain precise control over board navigation. The issue persists regardless of using the desktop app or browser version.

Hello,i started to notices strange behaviour from the Layers function under certain conditions:Here i do have a Layer called “Canvas”. It contains the following build up: a transparent frame, having the name on it. This frame is important to be able to export the whole canvas including content as an image or pdf. a colored shape, just to give the coloured and visible frame the canvas as an imagethen there are several other layers. Relevant for this part of the board is the “Examples” layer which contains pre-existing sticky notes, those that you can see in the screenshot here.The “default” layer should then contain all the additional sticky notes that users are adding. There: the “examples” layer can be hidden, and then users can add their own sticky notes, within the default layer. You deleted all my prepared roadmaps as part of the update of the Timelines tool. I do not know how it is possible to issue a new release without backward compatibility or informing users that they need to make a copy of the data somewhere else.I hope that your support team is able to restore my data, as indicated in the screenshot and will contact me ASAP. For me this data was critical and needed today 🤦 I am infinitely upset, you destroyed the planning base, this is not a customer-oriented approach.  

Hello! I've been using Miro for at least 3 years -- it's simply the best! Every year I renew my subscription. I work on my own, my team consists of  onlyme, I invite my clients just as viewers or editors. I have a question though:Today I renewed my year-subscription -- I paid 192$.But I see I have to pay 113$ more -- and I don't get how did this occure. 113$ -- what for?  Maybe my English is too poor to undestand :) I googled all the words but still have no idea what does all this mean. Please, clear this up! 

The plugin with figma is no longer working. I’ve used it various times, it worked successfully. Recently, it’s been flagging this error - no matter what I try to pull through. I’ve tried reducing the size of elements, attempting to pull through with other images in case the files were corrupted in some way, opening new figma file and trying to pull new things through there, and it still doesn’t work.Not sure how to proceed but this is severely impacting my team and workflow, we use figma to centralise our work and I can’t even pull through designs anymore.

Dears, hopefully someone can help me.during customer meeting we want to share slides from Miro and talk about different topics. We want to add the feedback and other information from client on the slide during the presentation mode. Is there any possiblity to get this done? Hi,Longtime Miro user. For the first time in a while, I’m exporting to pdf and I cannot find the file. Searches of help and the community say that the file should be where my browser downloads are, and this is where I’ve found them in the past. It is not there. The csv of the board can be exported and found in the downloads folder but not the pdf of the board. Have tried several times and even copied a subset of the board to a new board and tried that. Nothing.Help would be greatly appreciated!

Why is Miro charging me for a third member when I've only used 2 of 3 paid users? 

For the past few weeks, I have not been able to use the Ctrl+L shortcut to lock selected items on the board. I do this all the time while running virtual trainings and this is getting in the way of my workflow. I have others on my team using the Miro app and they have the same issue. I am using Edge myself.I have been able to use Ctrl+Shift+L to lock items, but only when I am in the app-mode of Edge (no search bar), and reportedly this works for my teammates who are using the Miro app. This is better than nothing, but much worse that Ctrl+L! Is anyone else experiencing or able to replicate? (e.g. can you use Ctrl+L to lock items?)

I tried to open an old board on my (only) account and got this notification saying “This board is no longer shared, or has been removed”. I can´t find it in the list of boards in my team. How can I recover it?I use the free version of Miro.

The board does not function correctly in the Mozilla Firefox browser (as shown in the screenshot). It works fine in Google Chrome, but I prefer using Mozilla. Could you please help me to resolve this issue? 

Hello) I used SoundCloud as a tool to upload my audio materials to the miro board, but now i cannot turn on the audio on the bord( What’s happened?( And i asked my friend, who also used SoundCloud and it doesn’t work as well anymore on her board. Hello. I have a problem. When I embed a youtube video on the board and try to click the play button, the video is starting to play but it’s mute, then I try to click the unmute button in the embedded video and happens nothing. The button doesn’t work, I can’t pause, mute or click the timeline. How can I fix it? And that happens with everything I embed - youtube/wordwall. Nothing works on the board.What I’ve tried:To unmute the embedded video in Safari (didn’t work) I tried to embed the Iframe code of the youtube video (didn’t work)

Hi everyone.I did the business free trial for personal use as I am a student and needed to export higher quality photos for my exam, and I thought I had cancelled my trial but it turns out I didn’t and I just got charged for $192 for the 1 year business plan. I really cant afford this, it took a huge portion of my personal savings. I don’t have an income as a student. Please help! I need to cancel my subscription and I cant afford to pay this! Im desperate.

Привет!При попытке экспорта документа в pdf отображаются ссылки и некие символы.При экспорте в jpg все ок, но работаю именно с pdf документом, чтобы сохранить переход на нужные ссылки. Данный документ был в порядке и экспорт в pdf тоже работал, но после многократных правок и экспорта ситуация такая как на скрине ниже.Ноут перегружала, кеш чистила, пробовала создать такой же новый документ - проблема воспроизводится.Можно ли что-то сделать? 

Hey community,I’m facing a tricky issue with my application when fetching boards, items, images, and document binaries using the Miro API.Here’s the flow:Token Generation: Each time the application starts, it obtains a token to authenticate API requests. Handling Redirects: When fetching images and binary documents, I receive a 307 Redirect. I handle this by extracting the Location header and redirecting accordingly.This works fine up to this point.However, the issue arises after the redirect:The redirected host requires a new token, causing my application to break since subsequent requests still use the old token.My experience with APIs suggests it’s possible to maintain multiple valid tokens simultaneously for different requests.My Question:Why does the Miro API invalidate - delete the old token when a new one is generated?Is it possible to have multiple tokens active at the same time for different requests in Miro?Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!Let me know
