We have a team board with a lot of comments and they just disappeared all of a sudden. Apparently the functionality is ok because I can create new comments and the comments view is enabled, but we can't see the old ones. I opened the board on the computer (Chrome) and on the mobile app, in both the comments don’t appear. Other people are not seeing it either. I also checked the board's activity history and there is nothing about the comments. Has anyone else experienced this? What could it be?
We use the free account, are there any new limitations regarding comments?

Ensure that comments are not accidentally filtered out. Open the Activity tab > toggle Show Comments on board
Sometimes browser extensions or ad blockers can interfere with how content is displayed. Try disabling extensions or using an incognito/private browsing window to test.
Regarding your question about limitations on free accounts: currently, there are no restrictions on the number of comments you can create on a board in the Free Plan, so this should not be the issue.
If the problem persists, I recommend submitting a support ticket to Miro's team with details such as:
- A url link to the affected board
- Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue.
- The approximate time when you noticed the comments disappeared.
