Currently when users are trying to copy an Email from the one of my company boards the email seems to remove the letter F from the word office. Leading to an incorrect E-Mail being copy/pasted. Please assist.

Thanks for bringing this up. This could be due to formatting, a font rendering issue, or an unexpected clipboard behavior.

To help troubleshoot this:

  1. Ensure the email is added as plain text and not styled with any special formatting.
  2. Sometimes, browser extensions or clipboard settings can cause unexpected behaviors. Test it with a Different Browser or Device.
  3. If the email is added within a shape or text box, confirm that it’s not being auto-corrected.

If the issue persists after trying the above, I recommend submitting a support ticket with specific details about your setup (e.g., browser, device, or a short video how the text was added). This will help the team investigate further.


Thank you i was able to solve the issue by changing the font. It was super weird lol.
