Hey everyone!It’s my first time using Miro, and so far is been a great experience!I would like to know if it is possible to export all the connections between my objects, as it would really help me creating tests for different features of our product.Let’s say I connect two objects, in this manner:Authentication successful? > No > Failed to login pageAuthentication successful? > Yes > Home pageIs there a way to export this as a CSV, where each line is a connection between two objects? What objects I would need to use in order to achieve this, as I’m currently using Basic Shapes and when trying to export, it says “There is no data to export”. Additionally, the type of object would be really helpful, on our example, the “Authentication Successful” is a decision and the pages are objects inside our system.Thank you for any insights!!

Maybe i’m doing things wrong, but I can’t get to see confluence pages inside Miro, even by linking the pages directly.  All i’m getting is this ‘please log in’ thing. Is it because i’m using the app?  

Hi, I’m having trouble with one of my Miro boards. The board is currently located on an account that is not on a premium plan, and I’m trying to move or share it with my new premium profile. However, since the original profile is not premium, I’m automatically redirected to the upgrade page and can’t access any options to move the board. I’ve tried sharing the board via link and also using the “Move to another team” option, but no other teams are available or selectable. Is there any way I can transfer this board to my new premium profile without upgrading the old one? Thanks in advance for your help! Best regards, Sabrina Skjulestad

When my students and I press the undo button or CRTL + Z, it undoes several actions instead of just the last action of the same tool.If we use the pen tool and create several illustrations/actions, followed it by a shape tool like creating a rectangle, followed by another pen tool with several illustrations/actions. The first undo will delete ALL the actions of the last use of the pen tool. The next undo will delete the shape, the third undo will delete ALL the actions of the first pen tool use.It did not use to do this when we started using Miro at the beginning of the year. We noticed that this started happening around the beginning of January 2025.Please help and thank you.

Title describes it really. I’ll drop a note, then move to elsewhere on the board and draw something freeform, realise I’ve drawn it wrong and hit ctrl-z and redraw… only to notice later on that my note was also undone with this single press of ctrl-z.Is there any way to stop this “new” function (this never used to happen) so that undo only undoes the most recent thing I’ve done?

I have a starter paid plan.Today my functionality of “Bring (everyone)to me” stopped working: buttons are active but no action happens on the push, the other members do not float to  my location, although I can follow them and they can follow me like in free plans?Help with this issue please.

Hi,Is it normal and expected that a container frame doesn't move "nested" children frames?Eg let’s say I have 1x parent frame and “within” it, I have 1x child frame.I expect that when I move the parent frame, the contents of it (including the child frame) will move with it. But that is not the case.How do I truly nest them?

I keep running into this error, where my frames keep getting rearragned. I’ll save them in a particular order, then some weeks later when I go back to them they are in a different order.Has anyone else encountered this? Is there a way to prevent this from happening? It’s really time consuming trying to reorganize them, knowing that they might change order randomly again. 

How do I get the metadata from an `preview` type item? Bonjour,j’ai voulu enlever l’équipe existante sur Miro mais je ne savais pas que ça allait effacer tous mes tableaux. Comment puis-je les récupérer sachant que j’ai confirmé par mail la suppression de l’équipe?

We currently use the item color to identify the owning project in the timeline view, but this is not reflected/visible in the table view. This means that we need to do double work in Timeline/Table view on each item assigning a color/project, this can also lead to inconsistencies between the 2 views.Did I miss anything here, or is this just not possible?

Hi, I used a csv file to create an org chart but the chart is just all of the employees in a line, none of them reporting to anyone,  Any idea how I fix this?

Hello!Miro keeps asking me to complete the 7 introductory steps to create a team and a board… Is there a way to stop this? It’s REALLY frustrating, and even after following the steps, nothing changes 😭Thanks in advance for your help!

I didn't find any real data table options in Miro that are not integrations; mostly, it's just embedding CSV or other files. I thought about building one.What's your opinion?  

Names were added to our Miro account.  As the admin person on this account – I didn’t send them an invite.I have deleted these 12 new names from our “users” – and would like to know how this happened or if I need to do anything “security wise” to stop this from happening again ?Would like to be able to contact support on this ??

Hi I'm encountering an issue that I hope you can help me resolve. Here are the details:- I **cannot** open card description even though other members can.- The problem occurs even on the boards I created.- I'm using Chrome, and even after updating to the latest version and clearing the cache, I still experience the issue.- I also tried using Safari, but the problem persists.Could you please advise why I'm unable to open card details and suggest any possible solutions? I see that, based on updates made last year, when using the Text tool, there should not be any padding. But that’s not the case when I use Miro. Padding around text still scales.This is both on the web app and the most recent Mac app.

Hello,I’ve encountered an issue with the API Endpoint - Get tags from board where it returns “unknown” for the fillColor field instead of the actual color chosen form palette during tag creation.Update info: Seems like its an error with GUI - for example tag created using API with color “Cyan” has a different shade than any other available to choose fromIs this a known issue with theAPI?Is there a timeline for fixing this inconsistency?

I just saw the new Miro Design Language updates appear in my Miro today. I understand that things change, but I really miss the old board thumbnails!Does anyone have screenshots of the thumbnails saved? (If I knew this was coming, I would have saved them myself!)Or could Miro make them available somewhere so we can upload them as board thumbnails ourselves?I’ve been using those thumbnails to visually classify my boards for many months, and the new icons are so much more generic and less helpful.Would love to be able to “fix” this for myself.Thanks in advance!

Hello!I’m a homeschooler, and would love to upgrade to the education plan. I plan to share it with other members of my learning pod (NOT a school) but due to the nature of being homeschooled, I have no .edu or .k12 email. I do technically have .edu emails I use for dual-enrollment but I suspect that since I’m not officially enrolled in the colleges that this wouldn’t work. Any advice?

Has anyone had issues with functionality of Miro with other platforms (integrations)? We are currently using Remo (now Events.com) to host student workshops. We recently tried to use functionality of business plan free trial to improve the experience and collaboration for the students. We are non-profit that provides scholarship and innovation workshops for students. We have had multiple issues with board functionality and non being able to save out progress. Please advise.
