Jira cards don't show up after converting stickies
Hello community,
We've been recently having problems with the Miro/Jira integration. Specifically, when attempting to convert Miro stickies to Jira tickets, the tickets get created in Jira, but the Jira ticket box doesn't appear on the Miro board, and the original Miro sticky doesn't go away. We’ve tried reconnecting the integration but that didn’t do the trick.
Has anyone else faced a similar issue, and if so, have you found any fix for it?

What you’re describing isn't expected behavior and I could not reproduce the issue on my side. In the meantime, could you confirm a few details that might help isolate the problem?
Are all users affected, or just some?
Is this happening across all boards or just one?
Do you see any error messages or loading icons when the conversion is attempted?
Which browser or app version are you using?
Also, just to be sure: after converting the sticky, could you try refreshing the board and see if the Jira card appears afterward?
Feel free to share a short screen recording if you're able — that would really help the us get a clearer picture of what’s happening.
We are having the same issue. A message appears at the bottom of the Miro board - ‘0 out of 1 widgets converted’.
The integration appears to be working as the fields populate correctly from Jira and the ticket does get created correctly in Jira. It is just the sticky note does not get converted to a Jira Card.

What you're experiencing — seeing “0 out of 1 widgets converted” after attempting to convert a sticky to a Jira card — is not expected behavior. I’ve tried to reproduce this on my end, but so far I haven’t been able to.
To help us narrow it down, could you please let us know the following:
Does this happen on all boards or just one in particular?
Are all team members affected, or is it just happening for your account?
Which browser or app (and version) are you using? If browser, does the issue persist in a private/incognito window?
After converting the sticky, have you tried:
Refreshing the board?
Logging out and back into Miro?
Lastly, if possible, could you share a short screen recording showing the exact steps you’re taking during conversion? That would be incredibly helpful in understanding what’s going wrong.

This was across all users, all boards, all browsers and the app.
It was still broken this morning but then about an hour ago it just started working again. This has been confirmed by other team members here.
I don’t know what the issue was, but it seems to have been temporary (at least for us). Everything is back working again.
